EXCAVATION AND EARTH WORK

Surface excavation n.exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft / disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, poles, laying & removing cables etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/ disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above starting point complete all as specified and directed.

B/R WORKS

M & L for providing cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing pre-cast cement concrete block masony with solid blocks of precast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), exc 10cm in width and set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing RCC (nominal mix) 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm (10 + 5) thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 in two layers i.e first layer 10 mm thick and 5 mm thick outer layer mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instruction and surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : Quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of cost of WPC.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces, priming with alkali resistant priming paint, applying 1 mm thick wall care putty wherever required and distempering with two coats of distemper oil emulsion, white or tinted, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in landings, cover slabs, chajjas and similar articles with plain faces including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in mortar 1:4 complete with joints to match complete all as specified and directed. Note: Reinforcement steel shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of Schedule 'A'.

M & L for providing hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface using broken stone or boulders complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2, using 40mm graded aggregate as in sub-floors, sub-bases, floors and pavings including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, plinth courses, string courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

S & F powder coated anodised aluminum frame for sliding door, sliding windows, ventilators, partition with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Fiber Glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) door frames of cross section 90 mm x 45 mm having single rebate of 32 mm x 15 mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thickness including 2mm thick laminte moulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat and filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs, frame covered with fiber glass from all sides, M.S. stay provided at the bottom to steady the frame., as specified by the manufacturer complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of LT XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cables with multistranded aluminium conductor of 4 core, 16 Sqmm, shielded core type wrapped with tape screwed galvanized strip, suitable for earthed system for 1100V, AC 50 cycle including centre glands, lugs, jointing materials etc, in trenches, complete all as specified and directed.
