M&L for Stringing of existing all ACSR’s conductors and earth wires including cradles, of any description, size & shape and in any position, as in LT overhead lines, on existing poles, including opening of connections and binding wires, restringing and tightening of all conductors/earth wire in position, removing sag, binding to insulators with new aluminum wire, making and connecting jumper connections etc. including commissioning and testing complete all as specified and directed. The quoted rates shall be deemed to include the following provisions also :- (i) Setting/adjusting etc in position of cradles. (ii) Adjusting & tightening of stay assembly wherever required. (iii) Trimming/cutting of all trees branches upto 1M distance from either side of nearest conductor/earth wire as directed at site.

S&F in repair of aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) of any size/description on LT poles/lines including stringing, tightening, binding to insulators with aluminium wire, making and connecting jumpers, connections etc including testing complete all as specified & directed.

Supplying, stringing and fixing of continuous GI earth wire of size 4 mm / 3.15mm dia on LT poles as in cradle guards / earth wires etc including binding and taking down old one complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, fabricating, fixing in position cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates, fabricated from structural steel section any type /size /shape incl nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending hot or cold, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as required at site, including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer including taking down complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut of size 100 mm height, 65 mm dia for 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Shackle type 75mm height and 90mm dia insulator, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green including galvanised mild steel strap 31mm X 3mm, insulator bolts 12mm dia with suitable washers and nut, suitable for working pressure upto & including 1100 volts fixed on LT poles complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC insulated spacers, 12mm dia flexible type suitable for making / turning to any shape and size and suitable for 2 conductor runs including disconnecting, dismantling and taking down existing unserviceable spacers of any description and in any position from the LT electric overhead lines of any height complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 7 here-in-before, but spacers suitable for 04 conductors run complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting & removing of grass/ shrubs / plants / bushes /Trimming of tree stems etc around the pole / LT panels / earthing pits of the 3 Sqm area complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down existing unserviceable / deshaped / worn out LT steel tubular pole of any shape, size & height including demolition of existing PCC foundation complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, erecting and fixing in true vertical position, steel tubular swaged pole (410 SP – 31), 09 mtr long, complete with cast iron base plate, pole cap / finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and washers, welded reduced section and longitudinal weld throughout entire length of pole with and Including all necessary excavation & earth work in any type of soil for foundation of poles, PCC 1:3:6 type 'C-2' (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate ) in foundations of size 600 X 600 X 1650 mm below GL, PCC 1:2:4 type "B- 1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in plinth block(coping) of size 600 X 600 X 300 mm above GL , removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc. 50 m & depositing where directed, including necessary form work and 2 coats of black bituminous paint externally upto planting depth and remaining exterior portion of pole shall be provided with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paint and numbering of the poles shall be done with synthetic enameled painted letter of shape & size complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of existing unserviceable stay assy any type/size from its stay rod, cutting stay rod (above ground portion ) including stay GI wire, dismantling MS clamps, nuts, bolts, GI stay bow, loop insulators etc including GI wire complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for stay assembly complete with all accessories as shown in electrical plate No 1 of SSR, Part-I, comprising of 16mm dia stay rod with and including all necessary loop type insulator, stay clamps, necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil and PCC works in (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F GI pipe light grade bracket 40mm dia, 1.5m long bent to shape as required for fixing of street lights on poles/walls including nuts, bolts, washers , Clamps (02 sets) of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair for earthing complete for poles/DBs with MS Galvanised earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level including necessary excavation, earth work ,charcoal, salt etc and connected to GI earthing lead wire 4 mm dia by means of GI bolt nuts check nuts washers etc and 20 mm dia GI light grade watering pipe with funnel, wire mesh etc including PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate earth pit with 40x40x6 mm mild steel angle iron frame, RCC cover (1:2:4) type B-1, 40 mm thick reinforced with 8 mm dia round bar @140 mm centre to centre both ways with mild steel handle 12 mm dia, plastering 12 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) internally and upto 150 mm below ground level externally, and GI earth lead wire 4 mm dia and 15 mm dia GI protection pipe medium grade from earth plate to test point upto 7.5m length all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part -I 2009 and connected to earth test point including testing and removing u/s items complete all as specified & directed. Note: Earth strip and protection pipe upto and including 7.5m deemed included in unit rate quoted by the contractor.

Material and labour in repair for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm X 600mm X 6mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meter below normal ground level (with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 meter below ground level) connected to GI strip 32mm x 6mm main earthing lead by means of galvanized bolts, nuts and washers including 50mm GI protection pipe medium grade all as shown in electrical plate no 3 of MES Schedule Part-I, earth lead connected to earth test point & to main switch board etc with & including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt around earth plate, PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for earth pit with pre cast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, 40mm thick cover reinforced with 6mm dia TMT bars 3 Nos both way with 12mm dia round bar handle, including GI medium grade watering pipe 20 mm dia with funnel and wire mesh, including removing u/s items etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) The cost of earth lead & its protection pipe upto and including 7.5 metre only from the top of earth electrode are deemed to be included under this item and additional earth lead, if any required shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Sch A.

M&L for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc, as required of size 4mm dia galvanised iron complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for LT, 20x15cm sizecomplete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of LT steel tubular pole/strut, of any description and in any position 9.00/8.50 Mtr height and scrapping of pole with emery paper and applying one coat of aluminium paint on all the metallic surfaces including protection pipe, cross arms, clamps, GI pipe bracket of street/security light, anti climbing devices etc and providing three Nos radium band strips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement bus bar box made out of 2mm thick MS sheet, 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 volts AC supply, outdoor cubical type, dust and vermin proof, floor block mounting type suitable for outdoor applications of size 600mmx600mmx450mm, using 40mmx40mmx5mm angle iron frame with shutter and locking arrangement, painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over a coat of red oxide primer (internally and externally) for box, height above ground 600mm and grouted 300mm below ground, legs of frame shall be grouted in PCC 1:2:4 (size 300x300x300mm block) including 40mmx10mm-04 nos 500mm long aluminium busbar fixed on insulators with colour coding complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair PVC insulated and PVC sheathed twin core Aluminium conductor of size 4.0 Sqmm for connecting from bus bar box to street light fittings/ OH line to street light fitting complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing energy saving environment friendly, long life exclusive innovative die cast aluminium IP-65 flood light 120 Watt LED 6000K with high power LEDS as light source complete including suitable fixing arrangement on pole, pillar, wall with suitable fasteners, nut, bolts, clamps and making connection with three core copper conductor cable not less than 1.5 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing energy saving environment friendly, long life exclusive innovative die cast aluminium IP-65 flood light 150 Watt LED 6000K with high power LEDS as light source complete including suitable fixing arrangement on pole, pillar, wall with suitable fasteners, nut, bolts, clamps and making connection with three core copper conductor cable not less than 1.5 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying & fixing in repair Integral LED Post Top Lantern 50 watt LED and accessories fixing to electric source complete and fixing GI pipe of suitable length grouting in PCC complete all as specified and directed at site.

Supply, fixing, connecting and testing in replacement integral LED High bay light luminaries at any height of building/Hangar ranging from 3m to 16m, 200 watts, with scondary optics made in pressure die cast housing and heat sink in aluminium extrusion with IP66 with mounting bracket and all accessories and connecting the same to electric source with using copper conductor 1.5 Sq mm PVC insulated flexible three core cable, including all accessories and fixing the light fitting to walls/ ceiling etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, connecting and testing in replacement integral LED High bay light luminaries at any height of building/Hangar ranging from 3m to 16 m, 150 watts, with scondary optics made in pressure die cast housing and heat sink in aluminium extrusion with IP66 with mounting bracket and all accessories and connecting the same to electric source with using copper conductor 1.5 Sq mm PVC insulated flexible three core cable , including all accessories and fixing the light fitting to walls/ ceiling etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of highmast light for any height and any capacity from 12 to 20m height) including repairs to raising and lowering system of High mast light and repairs to double drum winch, proper checking of lubrication system checking and tightening of trailing cable repairs to remote for up and down of lantern carriage, fixing of Flood light luminaires with suitable bracket and making serviceable including base protection of highmast light all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Replacement of defective parts accessores shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of Sch 'A'. (ii) Transport and T & P i.e.Hydro crane, Ladder ,spanners or any other eqpt for repair of high mast lights shall be provided by Contractor and cost for the same deemed to be included in respective item of Sch 'A'.

Supply and fix PVC insulated multi core FR PVC sheathed multi stranded cables 7 core 2.5 Sqmm with bright annealed electrolytic bare copper conductor 1100v grade conforming to IS 694-2010 complete for High Mast lighting all as directed.

M&L boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by manually depth not less than 75 cm for insertion of GI Pipe of size 80 mm bore light grade for short length complete all as specified and directed. Note :- GI pipe 80 mm dia light grade shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of Schedule 'A'.

Supply and fixing of GI Pipe 50 mm dia light grade for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting, taking out and removing old existing unserviceable underground, LT XLPE/PVC insulated Aluminium conductor cable of any description and in any position complete including taking down existing protection pipe etc, for the following sizes from ducts / trenches / poles /pipes etc complete all as specified and directed :- (a) 16 Sqmm to 35 Sqmm, 4 or 3 ½ core

(b) 35 to 95 Sqmm, 3 ½ core

M&L for breaking the existing damaged PCC pit existing earthing and M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 for redoing the earth pit chamber etc (using 20mm graded coarse aggregate) including fair finishing the exposed surface even and smooth without using extra cement and necessary formwork including one two coats of weatherproof paint of approved colour complete all as specified and directed.
