Road Weighbridges at Bokaro Steel Plant

• The bidder must have experience of completing supply, erection (or supervision of erection) and commissioning (or supervision of commissioning) of at least One (01) no. Road Weighbridge having capacity of minimum of 60 Ton or above, during last seven (7) years period ending last day of month previous to the one in which NIT is issued. Self-attested photocopies of following documents shall be submitted by the bidder in support of the above: i. Work order or any other letter of award of work or Contract document or purchase order issued by the client. ii. Commissioning certificate or Performance certificate or Completion certificate or Final acceptance certificate or any other documents issued by the client showing completion of the job, corresponding to 1(i) above. iii. The bidder should submit an affidavit stating that the eligibility documents furnished by them are genuine

• Consortium bidding is not allowed

• The average annual financial turnover of the bidder during any three financial years out of the last four financial years ending March 2024 shall be at least Rs. 3.67 Cr. (Rupees Three Crore Sixty Seven Lakhs only) The bidder shall submit audited annual financial reports in support of the above.

• Net worth of the bidder should be positive in the preceding financial year, as per audited annual accounts. Financial Years means, the accounting year accepted by the prevailing law of the respective country. Documents submitted in support of financial eligibility wherever certified by the CA members of ICAI (The Institute of Chartered Accounts of India) from 01.07.19 onwards, shall contain the Unique Document Identification Number (UDIN).
