EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY:
Material and labour for construction of brick masonry valve pit chambers of internal dimension of 600 X 600 X 600 mm suitable for sluice/stop valve up to 200mm size, with PCC (1:4:8) (100mm thick) type D-2 for foundation, brick masonry work built in CM 1:6, plastering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound, coping in PCC (1:2:4) type B1 including necessary earth work, form work and provision of MS sheet cover using 3.00mm thick on 40 X 40 X 6 mm angle iron frame fixed with flat iron frame with locking arrangement including painting of MS Sheet & angle with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer to steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply, install, test and commissioning of manufacturer’s factory assembled and tested electric driven Mono block Centrifugal pump set for treated water tank to nearest location of capable for discharge capacity 5 HP, 440 Volts, 50 Hz, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make of Pump: KIRLOSKAR/CG and as per approved list of makes.
The work also includes the followings:- (a) Suction with CPVC pipe with flange of suitable dia up to NRV each with jointing material such as gasket nuts bolts etc (b) Supplying, fixing and testing of reflux valve (NRV) suitable dia with and including flanged joint complete with nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified. (c) Supply and fixing of slim seal butterfly valve with iron wheel head both ends flanged for iron pipe and fixed complete with nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified. (d) Pressure gauge diaphragm type up to 50 Kg/Cm2- (e) Shed for protecting treated water Pumps sets and electrical control panel complete all as specified and directed at site (f) Control cable from starter to pump. (g) Supply and fix foot valve and strainer of suitable dia with and including flanged joint complete with nuts, bolts, washers complete all as specified.

Supply and fix display boards to each tapping ends for irrigation usage, duly fabricated out of MS sheet of size 60cm x 45cm x1.6cm thick and mounted on GI pipe light grade and embeded in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 of size 0.45x0.45x0.45mm and duly painted with synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on GI pipe and displlay board with and including stenciling using red paint over white background and writing matters in three different regional languages (English, Hindi, Marati) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE: Matters for stenceling shall be provided at site.

Diesel engine driven generating set of 25 KVA capacity near shiv sagar dam with water cooled engine of suitable BHP for suitable KW power generation @ RPM 1500, brushless frame with silencer along with emission control device as per emission limits as brought out in the GSR issued by Min of environment and Canopy for sound less mode (sound level not exceeding level specified by central pollution control board) and all engine accessories such as self starter, alternator/dynamo and 25 KVA electric alternator, 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire,50 Hz, Voltage Regulation ± 1%, Insulation class H coupled to engine with suitable coupling and base frame on foundation as recommended by the manufacturer and consisting of other electrical components, fuel tank of capacity of not less than 12 hour running with level indicator installed on suitable steel frame with PCC foundation as per manufacturers instructions, Power Command gen set Controller, fuel pipes, Dual spin on fuel filter, Dry type Air cleaner, Shut off coil with safeties for LLOP/HWT, fuel pipes , bar metre, hour meter, oil temperature gauges, ammeter, ignition switch, radiator with cooling fan, maintenance free battery battery, including suitable size of copper cable leads with terminals, all mountings,accessories and necessary foundation and AVM pads complete as per manufacturers recommendations and as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

The emission from DG set shall not exceed the limits set by CPCB norms and the environment protection third amendment rules 2013, issued by Ministry of Enviroment and Forest Gol amended upto date.

RAW SEWAGE LIFT PUMP (SUITABLE FOR NORMAL FLOW) - (1W+1S) :Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of raw sewage lift pumps, sewage submersible, non-clog, solid handling of minimum 20 mm complete in all respect with necessary pressure gauges, electrically actuated valve, NRVs, piping, inter connections, etc having min capacity 41.67 Cum/hr @ 14mtr head suitable for 1000KLD STP. Each pump set shall be automatically operated vide an ultrasonic level sensor and to be installed in existing receiving sump. Note: Existing Raw Sewage collection sump capcity: 56500 Ltr (apprx.)
RAW SEWAGE LIFT PUMP (SUITABLE FOR PEAK FLOW) - (1W+1S) : Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of raw sewage lift pumps, sewage submersible, non-clog, solid handling of minimum 20 mm complete in all respect with necessary pressure gauges, electrically actuated valve NRVs, piping, inter connections, etc having min capacity 125.0 Cum/hr @ 14 Mtr head suitable for 1000KLD STP. Each pump sets shall be automatically operated vide an ultrasonic level sensor and to be installed in existing receiving sump. Note 1: The cost include the common header for all four pumps and piping up to stilling chamber. Note 2: Necessary guide rail and lifting chain will be provided to lift the pumps for repair work. The quoted rate is inclusive of the same. Note 3: One no. Inline Full Bore Electromagnetic Type flow meter of size as suitable and recommended by OEM, to be provided in header of above four pumps.
Designing (hydraulically, structurally & aesthetically), providing, constructing, hydraulic testing, commissioning and giving satisfactory trials of STP capacity 1000KLD consisting of following accessories with Moving Bed Bio Reactor(s) with plastic media (of appropriate density, size and quantity to keep very high MLSS > 15,000 mg/lit) technology, Foundation for all E/M equipments, associated piping work with required valves, drains, pathways, Electrical control Panel with interconnecting cable etc. complete as turnkey job with all involved civil, electrical, digital and mechanical works as per detailed specifications for civil, electrical and mechanical components with all duties and taxes complete. (Also refer imp notes below). For tertiary treatment it also includes Filter Feed Tank, Filter Feed Pumps, Dual Media Filter, Activated Carbon Filter, Treated water Tank in RCC. Treated sewage can also be used for irrigation, horticulture.
Design of STP shall be carried out through one of the OEM from the list mentioned at srl page No. 195(RR) & 196(R) on the basis of raw sewage charasteristics given in Appx 'A' at Srl page No. 185. Parameters of treated water shall be suitable for Arboriculture all as per col 4 Appx 'B' of E-in-C's br MES New Delhi letter No 86435/Misc/E4(U) dated 19 May 2017. Contractor shall collect sample of raw sewage in presence of GE to analysis charasteristics and submit test result to GE. Design and scheme for STP including electro - mechanical and civil works shall be vetted from IIT / NIT and submit for approval of AO. Design Parameters : Average flow / capacity: 1000 KLD Peak factor: 4 Peak Duration: 3.0 Hrs
STILLING CHAMBER: One no. Stilling Chamber in MS Epoxy painted construction as per IIT / NIT design and drawings approved, for stabilization of flow of size with Free Board - 0.5mtr. BAR SCREEN CHAMBER: Two nos. Fine Bar screen chamber in MS Epoxy painted as per IIT/NIT design and drawing approved, each chamber having Free Board 0.3 m & fitted with Fine bar screen manually cleaned at angle of 60 Deg in SS 304 construction, to prevent fine floating objects passing through it, screen shall be of 20 x 5 mm thick flats having clear opening of 6 mm.
OIL & GREASE TRAP CHAMBER: One no. Oil & Grease Trap chamber in MS Epoxy painted construction as per IIT/NIT design and drawing approved having sizes Opening below baffle wall - 0.3 m, & Free Board 0.3 m EQUALIZATION TANK: One no. Equalization tank in RCC construction with design mix concrete of grade M-30, to cater for the peak discharge, having Free Board 0.5 Fitted with air grid to cover entire bottom surface of the tank to avoid any settling in the tank made out of uPVC as per NIT/IIT approved drawing, one no Glass Rotameter to be provided in main line to measure the quantity of air.
RAW SEWAGE SELF PRIMING CENTRIFUGAL PUMP (2W+2S): Four nos. raw sewage self priming centrifugal monobloc pumps each having capacity suitable for 1000 KLD @ 10 m head, cast iron construction, with inlet & outlet butterfly valve, with NRV separetly for each pump, base frame accessories and fittings, to be installed for transferring sewage from equalization tank to process reactor. Liquid buoyancy type Level sensor to be provided in the tank and interlinked with pumps for ON-OFF operation as per water level in the tank. One pressure gauge for each pump of 50 mm dia SS construction bourdon's tube type for each pump provided to measure pressure at the outlet. One no. Inline Full Bore Electromagnetic Type flow meter of size as suitable and recommended by OEM each to be provided in header with each set of two pumps.
AIR BLOWER: Four nos. Positive displacement, Roots type, Twin lobe type Air blower (apprx. 250 m3/hr at 5.5 m head) suitable for 1000KLD, with motor, butterfly valve is to be provided at outlet of each blower, for providing air in equalization tank, MBBR reactors & Sludge holding tank. One pressure gauge for each pump of 50 mm dia SS construction Glycerin filled for each pump provided to measure pressure at the outlet
ANOXIC CHAMBER: Two nos. Anoxic Chamber in MS Epoxy painted construction as per given design and drawing, each tank shall be suitable for adequate capacity of size having Free Board 0.3 mtr. Each tank should be fitted with submersed anoxic Mixer having minimum thrust of 157 N with rated motor complete with all fittings.
MBBR TANK: Four nos two in series of MBBR tank in MS FRP coated (inside) Epoxy painted (outside) construction as per approved design and drawing each tank having of Free Board of 0.5 m complete with all internals comprising of SS 304 air grid suitable for 1000 KLD, One SS rise pipe fitted with media retaining sieves in each tank, etc complete as per approved drawing, one no. Glass Rotameter to be provided in each line to MBBR tank to measure the quantity of air. Each tank shall be filled with 6.0 cum by volume media and media shall be Cylindrical/ circular shaped, Wagon wheel design having external fins, having surface area - 500 m2/m3, non toxic, of Virgin PP, translucent white colour.
RAW SEWAGE SELF PRIMING CENTRIFUGAL PUMP (2W+2S): Four nos. raw sewage self priming centrifugal monobloc pumps, each pump having capacity (Apprx 21.0cum/hr per each) suitable for 1000 KLD at 10 m head, cast iron construction, with inlet & outlet, butterfly valve with NRV separetly for each pump, base frame accessories and fittings, to be installed for recirculation of sewage from outlet of MBBR 2 to anoxic reactor. One pressure gauge for each pump of 50 mm dia SS construction bourdon's tube type for each pump provided to measure pressure at the outlet.
TUBE SETTLER TANK: Two Nos. Tube settler tank in MS Epoxy painted construction as per approved design and drawing, two nos. V’ notch made out of minimum 1.5 mm thick in MS FRP Epoxy painted construction to be provided for collection of sewage at surface of the tank to be provided in each tank. The media has to cover entire surface of the tank outside the inlet zone, the media has to be of following specifications. Media straight height / media height at 55 degrees as per design MOC of Media : UV Stabilized Virgin PVC Base Shape of Media : Chevron / Square tube Qty of media in each tank as per approved Tube Fitting : Tongue & Groove Thickness : 1.0 mm (+ 0.1 mm) Colour : Black

Contractor shall collect sample of raw sewage in presence of GE to analysis chrasteristics and submit test result to GE. OIL & GREASE TRAP CHAMBER: One no. Oil & Grease Trap chamber in MS Epoxy painted construction as per design and drawing approved having sizes Opening below baffle wall - 0.3 m, & Free Board 0.3 m. EQUALIZATION TANK: One no. Equalization tank in RCC construction with design mix concrete of grade M-30, to cater for the peak discharge, having Free Board 0.5m Fitted with air grid to cover entire bottom surface of the tank to avoid any settling in the tank made out of uPVC as per design and approved drawing, one no Glass Rotameter to be provided in main line to measure the quantity of air.

Positive displacement, Roots type, Twin lobe type Air blower of suitable capacity & discharge at 5.5 m head, with motor, butterfly valve is to be provided at outlet of each blower, for providing air in equalization tank, MBBR reactors & Sludge holding tank. One pressure gauge for each pump of 50 mm dia SS construction Glycerin filled for each pump provided to measure pressure at the outlet.
ANOXIC CHAMBER: One No. Anoxic Chamber in MS Epoxy painted construction as per given design and drawing, each tank shall be of size, having Free Board 0.3 mtr. Each tank should be fitted with submersed anoxic Mixer having minimum thrust with suitable motor rating, complete with all fittings.
MBBR TANK: Two nos of MBBR tank in MS FRP coated (inside) Epoxy painted (outside) construction as per approved design and drawing each tank having of Free Board of 0.5 m complete with all internals comprising of SS 304 air grid suitable for 500 KLD, One SS rise pipe fitted with media retaing sieves in each tank, etc complete as per approved drawing, one no Glass Rotameter to be provided in each line to MBBR tank to measure the quantity of air. AIR BLOWER (1W+1S): Two nos. Positive displacement, Roots type, Twin lobe type Air blower of suitable capacity & discharge at 5.5 m head, with motor, butterfly valve is to be provided at outlet of each blower, for providing air in equalization tank, MBBR reactors & Sludge holding tank. One pressure gauge for each pump of 50 mm dia SS construction Glycerin filled for each pump provided to measure pressure at the outlet.
ANOXIC CHAMBER: One No. Anoxic Chamber in MS FRP Epoxy painted construction as per given design and drawing, each tank shall be of size, having free Board 0.3 mtr. Each tank should be fitted with submersed anoxic Mixer having minimum thrust with suitable motor rating, complete with all fittings.
MBBR TANK: Two nos of MBBR tank in MS FRP coated (inside) Epoxy painted (outside) construction as per approved design and drawing each tank having of Free Board of 0.5 m complete with all internals comprising of SS 304 air grid suitable for 100 KLD, One SS rise pipe fitted with media retaining sieves in each tank, etc complete as per approved drawing, one no Glass Rotameter to be provided in each line to MBBR tank to measure the quantity of air. Each tank shall be filled with 1.25 cum by volume media and media shall be Cylindrical/ circular shaped, Wagon wheel design having external fins, having adequote surface area - 500 m2/m3, non toxic, of Virgin PP, translucent white colour.

CHLORINE CONTACT TANK: One no. Chlorine Contact cum Filter feed tank in in MS FRP coated (inside) Epoxy painted (outside) construction as per approved design and drawing having sizes, two nos baffle wall to be provided for proper mixing of chlorine having Free Board 0.3 mtr complete DOZING SYSTEM: One set of Sodium Hypo Chlorite dosing system suitable of dosing of 5 mg/l through 6% concentration of Hypo Sol., comprising of 2 nos. dosing pump each pump should be of 0 -1 lph electronic metering type and one no. Solution tank of HDPE/LDPE having capacity of 50 Lt., all as specified.
FILTER FEED PUMP (1W+1S):Two nos. filter feed centrifugal monobloc pumps each having capacity (Apprx 4.16 Cum/hr) suiatable for 100KLD at 24 m head, cast iron construction, with inlet & Outlet butterfly valve, with NRV separetly for each pump, base frame accessories and fittings, to be installed for filter feed. One pressure gauge for each pump of 50 mm dia SS construction bourdon's tube type for each pump provided to measure pressure at the outlet. Liquid buoyancy type Level sensor should be provided in the chlorine contact cum filter feed tank and interlinked with pumps for ON-OFF operation as per level in the sump.
DUAL MEDIA FILTER: One no. Dual Media filter, each filter having adequate size / volume suitable for 100 KLD all as per approved design & drawing. TREATED WATER TANK: One no. Treated Water Tank in MS Epoxy painted construction to collect treated water after tertiary of volume appx 33.33 CuMtr + free board 0.3 m SLUDGE COLLECTION TANK: One no. Sludge collection Tank in MS Epoxy painted construction as per given design and drawing having sizes, to receive sludge from tube settler tank through pumps suitable for 100KLD with free board 0.3 mtr fitted with air grid to cover entire bottom surface of the tank to avoid any settling in the tank made out of uPVC as per approved drawing suitable to disperse designed air, one no Glass Rotameter to be provided in main line to measure the quantity of air.

SLUDGE BAG: One No. Continuous feed sludge bag unit having capacity of 0.5 m3/hr at 0.8 % solid concentration and providing dewatered sludge of 18-20% concentration, complete in SS 304 construction Bag Material : Woven water repellent material, resistant and inert to: chemicals, acids, bacteria and insects. Quantity : Two bag arrangement DOZING SYSTEM: DWPE dosing system for sludge dewatering sludge bag, comprising of 2 nos. dosing pump each pump should be of 20 lph electronic metering type and one no. Solution tank of HDPE/LDPE having capacity of 50 Lt. fitted with rated SS 304 agitator, complete all as specified.
MOTOR CONTROL PANEL: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Electrical control Panel front accessible, free floor standing conforming to min IP55 degree of protection, all incomings and out goings shall be arranged in modular compartments for STP, auto / manual control for the entire 100 KLD plant with the following arrangements. GA drg of control panel shall be approved by GE :- 1. Auto operation of pumps (including pumps at Collection Sump) and blowers. Compartmentalised, Non-draw out (fixed type), Sheet thickness – 2.0 mm..All the MCCBs shall be provided with rotary handles and min of fault rating shall be 25 KA. All wiring from control panel to all electrical equipments with STP plant are is included in the scope of work. 2. All pumps, blower or motors having standby units, to be run 24 hours, should be controlled for auto interchangeability after pre-set time. 3. Cable entry – Bottom 4. All Bus bars – Copper 5. Incomer – 1 No.
One lot of suitable size Piping with MS pipe heavy duty flanged & valves to be interconnect various units of sewage treatment plant, as per OEM recommendation and approved drawings. One lot of Power & control cables to interconnect various drives and instrumentations with STP panel. All cable from control panel to eqpts shall be with copper armoured/submersible cable incl cable tray/cable protection pipe. Note: Cable upto main LT panel shall be measured and paid seperatly.
Note for item no. 39 to 47.19: -The work includes all preparatory work, leveling and dressing of site, excavation works including dewatering & lowering of sub soil water if required, disposal of all surplus earth at suitable site, civil works, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of the plant.
The scope of work also includes: - a) The successful bidder shall submit the calculation, design & drawings for approval : - i) Process & Instrumentation (P & I) Drawing, detailed plant layout with all mechanical & electrical equipments installed from OEM duly vetted from NIT/IIT. Items if any required other than details given below shall be provided by the contractor under the rate quoted and no extra cost shall be paid. ii) Detailed General arrangement drawings.
iii) Preparation of the structural design and drawings (including Bar Bending Schedule) for water retaining structures & get approved from NIT/IIT before submission to final approval of Accepting officer, however the contractor shall remain fully responsible for the structural safety. iv) Calculation for capacity of pump sets and various tanks based on latest relevant Indian Standard & CPHEEO mannual. Pump set shall be 100% standby including for peak flow.
Rate quoted shall be deemd to be included for the following: (a) Cables for all pumps and E & M equipments shall run under closed cable tray. (b) Rate quoted shall also deemed to be included for excavation. (c) Sufficient length of power and control cables to interconnect various drives and instrumentation panel board are included in the items only.
(d) Control cable: PVC insulated, PVC sheathed, GI armoured, Copper conductor cable as per IS 1554. (e) Power cable: PVC insulated, PVC sheathed, GI armoured, Aluminium conductor cable as per IS 1554. (f) Closed cable tray to run cables. (g) Earth work for cable trenchingincluding cable protection with bricks and mechanical protection at road/floor crossing.
(h) Includes fixing of staircases, Platform, railing as per requirement for the above mentioned items. (j) Any other works (civil, mechanical & electrical) connected to installation, testing & functional requirement of STP all as mentioned above and which is not mentioned or included in this schedule but necessary shall be carried out by the contractor aganist the rate quoted for relevant item above. (k) Entire plant shall be tested after successful commissioning by rep of accepting officer and contractor shall mark all arrangement without extra cost.
(l) All consumable including chemicals required for testing & commissioning will be supplied by the contractor for this item and rate is deemed to be included in the rate quoted. (m) Contractor shall arrange training to MES staff for operation of this STP without extra cost. (n) Foundation for all electrical & mechanical eqpts.
(p) Contractor shall provide suitable enclosure for all outdoor pumps and E&M equipments. (q) All steel surfaces shall be painted with two coats of epoxy paint over a coat of epoxy primer. (r) All RCC structure shall be painted with two coats of anti-fungal exterior emulsion paint over a coat of primer
The entire duration for above design & drawing process is included in the completion period. All drawings should be from OEM duly signed and stamped, with whom MOU is submitted in along with the bid.
No separate payments will be made for the reconnaissance, survey, laboratory tests, design, drawings, factory and performance tests, inspections etc. unless they are specifically provided and quantified. They shall be included in the rates and prices of the physical works itemized. The payments are to be made for all supplies and physical works as per prorate payments as approved.
The work include the entire scope of work between: The proposed inlet connection to receiving/ inlet chamber to MPS & from MPS to STP, including MPS, STP with filtration & disinfection, including sludge dewatering, recycling & collection of all units scouring, over flow & filtrate to MPS, clarified & filtered sewage storage sump, chlorine dosing system for maintaining residual chlorine as required & shall also include all electrical, mechanical, piping, instrumentation work including main MCC Panel & all necessary works contingent thereto.
All tenderers are required to upload Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) in a non-judicial stamppaper of appropriate value subject to Rs.100/-(minimum) with any one of the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) listed in the tender document. In case of non submission of requisite MOU, the financial bid of the firm shall not be opened.
The treated water should be get tested by the bidder from SPCB or the Lab approved by MSPCB and the report confirming that the parameters are within the limit, as mentioned in the documents, should be submitted before seeking completion of the plant.

(ii) Cost of periodical maintenance of various equipment/parts shall be deemed to be included in DLP (iii) Samples of effluent shall be collected from the inlet/outlet as per the standard testing procedure as directed and got tested in a site lab created by the same operator. (iv) The contractor shall strictly follow the operation and maintenance manual of the plant as well as dosage of chemical prescribed by testing agency, (v) Daily log book / testing register should be maintained separately for all 3 locations as per the format specified by the Engineer in Charge. (vi) Periodical cleaning and removal of sludge from screen well, collection well, contact aeration tank, sludge aeration tank, settling tank, sludge drying beds, bar screen, oil separator etc. as per the OEMs direction or as specified by the Engr-in-charge (vii) Diesel required for running the DG sets will be issued by the Dept, however all other items required for running/maintenanace deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

NOTE: (i) Cost of periodical maintenance of various equipment/ parts shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates. (ii) Rate inclusive of all materials for the smooth operation of the plants. Rate also includes rectification of defects during the operation within 8 hours including replacement of defective parts if any for smooth functioning of plant. Delay in rectifying the plant more than 8 hrs will attract penalty as decided by the Accepting officer (iii) The Log sheet must be maintain by the contractor for all the repair/ maintenance carried out as directed by the Engr-in-charge (iv) The sludge should be removed periodically from the tank and deposit outside defence lands. (v) The sludge tank should be cleaned thoroughly once in every year and apply two coats of lime wash inside & outside the wall and writing the words “DATE OF CLEANING” in a visible place with synthetic enamel paint.
