Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5. (MoRD Sl. No.-3.4 and Specification No.-301.5), (Excluding Royalty), (Including Labour Cess), (GST will be paid extra as applicable).

Granular Sub-Base with Well Graded Material (Table 400.1) (A) By Mix in Place Method Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting to 12.5cm/11cm (compacted thickness) with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MORD Technical Speicification Clause 401. (MoRD Sl. No.-4.1 and Specification No.-401), (Including Labour Cess and Royalty), (GST will be paid extra as applicable).

Cement Treated base Providing, Laying and Spreading Material on a prepared sub base, cement @4% by weight of spread material manually, mixing in place with rotavator and compacting with the road roller at OMC to achieve the desired unconfined compressive strength and to form a layer of sub base as per MoRTH technical specification clause 405. (including Labour cess and royalty) (GST will be paid extra as applicable).

Tack Coat Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen (VG-10)using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Speicification Clause 503. (MoRD Sl. No.-5.2 and Specification No.-503), (Including Labour Cess and cost of Bitumen VG-10), (GST will be paid extra as applicable).

20 mm Thick Open Graded Premix Carpet Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2 to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line grade and level to serve as wearing coarse on a previously Prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100kN static roller capacity finished to required lavel and grades to be followed by seal coat. (MoRD Sl. no. 5.9 and Specification no. 508), (including Labour cess, royalty and cost of Bitumen VG-10) (GST will be paid extra as applicable).

Seal coat type "C" Providing and applying seal coat type "C" comprising of a layer of bituminous binder followed by a cover of stone chipping of specified grading and rolling with power roller 8-10 tonne kN Static roller and finishing to required level and grades. (MoRD Sl. no. 5.12 and Specification no. 510), (including Labour cess, royalty and cost of Bitumen VG-10) (GST will be paid extra as applicable).

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1. (Excluding Royalty) (MoRD Sl. No.-3.14 and Specification No.-303.1), (Including Labour Cess), (GST will be paid extra as applicable).
