Supply, install, testing and commissioning of silent Diesel Engine Generating set factory assembled, floor mounted 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire engine as per IS: 10001/10002 and alternator as per IS: 13364 of capacity 100 KVA at site complete with relay panel for automatic starting on mains failure, control panel having meters, sound proof canopy as per CPCB IV norms etc including neccessary foundation & plinth work of DG set all accessories as per manufactures standard and as per the details given below :- AC Generator should be suitable for ambient conditions at Suratgarh and confirming to IS. Note: The capacity of generater set shall be net after all derating factor as per relavent IS design.

(a) Alternator: Synchronous alternator for continuous opeartion at 1500 RPM generating 415 volt at 0.8 PF suitable for 50 hz, three phase 4 wire system. The alternator shall be brushless, single bearing, self excited & self regulated with an AVR.The alternator will be suiatble for tropiacal climate and shall generally conform to IS: 4722. The salient faetures of the alternators are :-(i) +- 1% voltage regulation (max) in static conditions. (ii) IP 23 protection with H insulation (iii) Permanent lubricating bearing (iv) Permissible overload 10% for one hour in 12 hours of operation. b) Diesel Engine: Having adequate capacity for 100 KVA alternator, BHP not less than capacity for 100 KVA alternator, water cooled to drive alternator with cold starting with an over load capacity of 10% for one hour in any 12 hours continuous running complete with all standard accessories all as specfied. 12 V, 180 AH battery starting system or as recommended by manufacturer, Maintanance free battery with initial charging, residential type exhaust silencer complete with exhaust pipe, hour meter, water temp gauge, oil pressure gauge, Fuel tank with capacity for full load non-stop 8 hrs running.

(c) Sound proof Canopy All as per stipulated in CPCB IV norms & the Govt of India. (d) AMF Panel: Supply, install, testing and commissioning of AMF Panel outdoor type, cubical body, dust and vermin proof made up of CRCA sheet 3 mm thick painted with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer confirming to IP 45 with front and rear opening with louvers and mounted on floor with PCC pedastal pillars with a clearence of atleast 0.3 m above ground level with glands sockets etc with provision of cable entry from bottom all pre wired and connected complete with following accessories:- (i) PLC-01 No (ii) Power Contactor heavy duty suitable for generator and mains (iii) Over load relay for Genset (iv) Suitable rating isolating switch MCCB for both DG & main

DG set shall be inspected in factory premises before dispatch by representative of the Accepting officer. Note:- (i) The engine of DG set shall be suitably designed to give output of 100 KVA including 10% overload. (ii) The quoted rate for DG set shall be inclusive of PCC foundation The foundation for DG set shall be made of PCC as per OEM recommendations. The size of platform shall be as per manfacturers recommendations complete all as specified and directed. (iii) THE DHPP (fuel) required for testing of DG set shall be arranged by the contractor and the cost of the same shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted for DG set. (iv) Phase -1 test shall be carried out by ENGINEER -IN -CHARGE for no load for 1 hour and phase II test shall be carried out in presence of IEM /El for a period not less than 12 hours continuously out of which at least half an hour each on NO load and 25% load, two hours on 50% load and four on 75% load, four hours on rated full load and one hour on 10% excess of rated full load... (v) DG set shall be comosite type with control panel, primer mover alternator and allied accesories in one enclosure.

Supply and fixing steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-55 (11.0 metres long) including one coat primer and two aluminium paint all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material and labour cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat and one finishing coat of paint all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination, heat shrink type, joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of 95 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning air break isolating switch tripple pole mechanically operated with vertical isolation, 12 insulators mounted on steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level and including operating rod of 25 mm dia medium grade GI pipe and locking arrangement of capacity 400 Amps 11 KV with drop out fuse set including making all incoming/outgoing connection of HT cable and overhead conductor using new leads and nuts, bolts etc and painting of steel work with 2 coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. Dismantling and taking down by removing HT and LT connection of indoor/outdoor type 11/0.433KV transformer capacity 100 KVA to 630KVA from existing plateform / 4 Pole / 2 Pole structure, lowering the same carefully and shifting to other location within Air Force Station as directed by Engineer-in-Charge with and including reinstallation by any means of arrangement and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing lighteneing arrestors expulsion type complete with all fittings, suitable for 11000 Volts grade transmission class, discharge capacity 65KA including brackets, clamps, nuts, washers and connecting to 4mm dia GI earth wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, connecting and testing XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor for 11 KV working voltage cross sectional area 3 core, 95 sqmm complete.

Supply, laying, connecting and testing XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric cable (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor for 1100 Volts working voltage cross sectional area 4 core, 16 sqmm complete.

M&L for steel tubular swaged pole complete with cast iron base plate , finial taper plug bolts nuts and screws confirming to IS : 2713 and made out of structural steel tube confirming to IS: 1161 and painted internally with a coat of bituminous paint and externally one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint as specified type 410 SP-31 (9 mtr long).

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 70 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for laying of cable/shifting of cable/pole/panel/pipe and getting out in soft loose soil.

All as per item No. 1 above but depth exceeding 1.5 m and not exceeding 3 m complete all as specified

Excavation over areas not exceeding 1.50 m deep in soft/loose soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating post holes or similar holes, each not exceeding 0.50 Cu. M, getting out insoft /loose soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m & making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

Returning , filling in including spreading , levelling , watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick soft/loose soil in trences brick works complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

Material and Laying for Low aggregate gravel is spread thicknes in 50mm on laying of surface inside the fencing at Sub Stn complete all as specified and directed at site.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size bricks, straight or curved on plan, exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:3:6 type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 Type B-2, using (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick plaster rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface mixed with water proofing compound and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS Galvanized fencing, any size or type

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wire,mesh,size 100x150x mm and type to any type of standards,rails,straining bolts, etc.including provision of binding wires.complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Framed work as in iron gate, iron angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. gates, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering,running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing confirming to fe--410W (Gde-E-250) quality 'A' complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing 12 mm dia length mild steel screwas bolt (Machine made) with hexagonal or square heads one end screwed, each screwed end have two washer and one nut, dia of shank exc 5 cm long and not.exc 10 cm in length 11 to 15 mm dia neck complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing for MS flate 50 x5mm (plain or chequred) channels, square or notched (ordinary or counter sunk) forming holes,without any attachment quality 'A' Fe-410 W (Gde E-250) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Mild steel bars 10mm dia round bars and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for earthing with Galvanised Steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25metre below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and electrode connections by using Galvanised Iron strip of 25×4mm as earthing lead (upto the body of the equipment) by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron and thimbles and protected by light grade 40mm dia GI pipe connected up to main DB/LT Panel /Test point and GI pipe medium grade 20mm bore for watering and including funnel , wire mesh , RCC pit cover and PCC chamber pit with PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, including excavation and earth work in any type of soil , returning , filling in approved soil and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR 1991(Part-I) complete all as specified and directed. Note : GI strip and protection pipes 40 mm GI light grade up to 7.5 metre is included in unit rate and beyond that the same will be measured separately.

Supply and fixing of outdoor feeder pillar box fabricated from factory of overall size 1250 mm (L) x 500 mm (b) x950 mm (H) made with 3 mm thick CRCA sheet with hinged door front and rear locking arragements for each cabinet, including painting with super enmaled paint of two coat over a coat of red oxide primer and black at bottom after antirust treatment of CRCA sheet of outer sheet and 2 mm thickness of internal sheet top cabinet with incoming 3 phase & neutral and bus bar rating current 1.5 times with IP 65 protection. The feeder pillar shall be provided with two Nos of earth terminal hinged door, front and rear door with locking arrgagement suitable for 1100 Volts grade, 3 Phase, 415 Volts, 50 Cycles, AC suppply, LT danger notice plate front and rear, The panel shall be rest on iron angle frame size 50x50x5 mm and embedded 300 mm below ground level in PCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 using 20 mm grade stone aggregate, 500 mm above ground level complete all as directed by Engr-in- Charge with follwoings :-
