Dismantling/Opening Vacuum steam Ironing finishing table machine (Make- FABCARE, MODEL- FIB 42, SM MES No863 P/7029-VF/07 & 863 P/7030-VF/07) for repair, Overhauling, and replacement of unserviceable spare parts comprising of dismantling the equipment using adequate labour and T&P for disconnecting steam / water/ Electric connection, Taking out defective spare parts / items and carrying out necessary major overhauling as required, fixing new spare parts, cleaning, servicing, oiling, greasing etc, making all water/steam/Electric connection, leak testing at desired pressure with and including testing, commissioning of each equipment at optimum efficiency as per the standard complete all as specified and as directed. Notes:- (i) All sundries/minor items shall deemed to be included in quoted rates. (ii) Spare parts to be replaced shall be measured and paid as "Supply only" under the respective items of this Schedule (Item Nos 96.01 to 96.27). (iii) All overhauling work shall be done through OEM or their Authorised Agents only. An MOU between OEM (M/S Fabcare) and contractor shall be uploaded while uploading tender Documents. (iv) The accepting officer shall issue necessary Go Head Sanction for carrying out major overhauling work after verification of MOU and confirmation from OEM (M/S Fabcare)

Special Notes: (i) Item Nos 26.00 to 88.00:- (i) All work shall be carried out only OEM/ Authorised Rep/Dealer of OEM and using all genuine Spare Parts supplied by OEM only, in this regard an MOU between OEM/Dealer i.e. M/S Thermax/ Maxotherm and Contractor shall be uploaded with cover-1 failing which Financial Bid of the bidder shall not be opened. (ii) Item Nos 89.00 to 96.27:- All work shall be carried out only OEM/ Authorised Rep/Dealer of OEM and using all genuine Spare Parts supplied by OEM only, in this regard an MOU between OEM/ Authorised Rep/ Dealer i.e. M/S Fabcare and Contractor shall be uploaded with cover-1 failing which Financial Bid of the bidder shall not be opened (iii) for item 1.00 to 96.27 :- Tradesmen shall rush to spot of fault within 2 Hours of lodging complaint by the User Rep, JE in Charge or Engr-in-Charge telephonically or by any other means at their own arrengement to restore the faults of equipments and attend the complaint. If the complaint is not attend within 6 Hour, a penality of Rs 1000.00 Per complaint per Hour and If the complaint is not rectified within 48 hour, a penality of Rs 2000.00 Per complaint per Hour shall be impsed on contractor.
