Firm must quoted make/brand against offer with model no. otherwise their offer is liable to be rejected.

OEM or their authorized firrm to quote along with authorization certificate along with their offers.

Firm should upload their performance credentials, sample picture etc. otherwise offer is liable to be rejected.

Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

Delivery should be free at destination.i.e. MD/BRSH/SDAH.

The tenderer to indicate the Manufacturer's Name, Month and Year of manufacturing by casting/ stamping/ etching/ embossing, at an appropriate place of each piece supplied, without affecting the functional utility and structural stability of the components/ material. Material to be supplied in sealed OEM pack.

Mode of dispatch : By Road and FOR destination.

Test Certificate, 30 month Warranty Certificate and Guarantee Certificate to be submitted at the time of delivery.

If firm quotes any deviation in any uploaded documents , the purchaser may, at this discretion, ignore any such deviation while issuing the contract.

All the bidders or tenderers should ensure that they are GST complaint and their quoted tax structure /rate is as per GST Law with GST registration number.

a)During the warranty period, it shall be ensured that all the break down calls are attended within 4-6 hrs and the complete details of service agents / contact details should be furnished to buyer and consignee at the time of supply. b) Complete Address, telephone no., Fax & other contact details of service centre in Kolkata & neighboring areas should be provided.

Ordering on MSE as per clause 23.0 of Eastern Railway General Tender Condition will be applicable.

I/We have read the clause regarding restriction on procurement from a bidder of a country which shares a land border with India and certify that I am/We are not from such a country or, if from such a country, have been registered with the competent Authority. I/We hereby certify that I/we fulfil all the requirements in this regard and am/are eligible to be considered (evidence of valid registration by the competent authority is enclosed)

I/we also understand that if the contents of the certificate submitted by us are found to be false/forged at any time after the award of the contract, it will lead to termination of the contract, along with forfeiture of Security Deposit and may also lead to any other action provided in the contract including banning of business for a period of upto two year.
