S&F as in replacement of galvanised steel water tubing, size 15 mm bore 'medium grade' ISI marked with & including all fittings such as socket, tee, nipple, elbow, reducer etc. and fixed to wall or laid on floors/ in trenches complete as directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per above item No. 01 but water tubing 20 mm dia bore.

All as per above item No. 01 but water tubing 25 mm dia bore.

All as per above item No. 01 but water tubing 40 mm dia bore.

All as per above item No. 01 but water tubing 50 mm dia bore.

All as per above item No. 01 but water tubing 80 mm dia bore.

Dismantling joint of 500/350/250/200/150/100 mm bore CI/DI pipe by burning old lead, removing old spun yarn / old rubber tyton rings and cleaning the spigot and socketed portion of pipe including supply and filling new lead and spun yarn and testing the joint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (i) Rate includes the necessary earth work and retruning filling as required. (ii) Old unserviceable lead (if any)shall be Deposited in AGE E/M Store.

Welding work and any addition / alteration, cutting and jointing blank flanged to the DI / CI / GI pipe 80/100/150/200/250/350 mm bore including suitable nut bolts, washer, rubber gasket complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Blank flange will be measured and paid for seprately.

All as per Srl item No 9 above but 150 mm dia bore.

All as per Srl item No 9 above but 250 mm dia bore.

Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m depth, or n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth for foundations, shafts, wells, manholes, or laying water supply pipe lines etc. in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge..

Removal of excavated soil/ material to a distance not exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F DI fittings confirming to IS-9523-2000 such as bends (any type, radius and angle), tapers any type (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc), tee pieces, single branch, 'Y' junction, double branch, cross collar, caps and plugs, blank flange etc. suitable for spigot and socketed pipes complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.0mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below ground level, earth plate surrounded by 15cm thick packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt, connected to galvanized iron strip 32mm x 6mm thick as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel and thimbles and other end of the earth strip connected to earthing test point/equipment and protected by galvanised iron pipe light grade 40mm dia upto earthing test point/equipment fixed with required number of mild steel clamp made out of 25mm x 3mm flat iron and perforated water pipe 20mm dia GI medium grade of length 2.25 metre and top with socket & plug and bottom connected to earth plate by slit and two bolts/nuts/washers, PCC chamber in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 and 40mmthick pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-0 cover with 40mm x 40mm x 3mm MS angle iron frame, excavation & earth work complete all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I of SSR-2009 including taking down old earthing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Notes :- (i) GI strip upto earth equipment 7.5 mtr is included in this item. (ii) Outer edge of earth pit shall be 1.5 metre away from the outer edge of PCC chamber.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in CM or cement lime mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework & precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for Brick work with sub class B , old size brick, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on fair face surface of brick masonary or concrete surface of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix in replacement cast iron double orifice Air release valve, ISI marked, IS:14845, PN 1.6 pressure rating with stainless steel floats, size 100 mm bore, having flanged end including nut bolts washers and flange rubber gasket complete.

All as per above item 21 but for 80 mm dia bore pipe

Taking down old rusted water supply pipe line GI/CI/ DI/ of size 150/250/350mm dia bore including connection complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of old unserviceable valve vit chamber and M&L for Construction of brick masonry valve pit of internal size 150cm x 150cm x 150cm including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil, brick work, plastering, white wash, PCC coping, MS frame made out of angle iron of size 40mmx40mmx6 mm, MS sheet cover of 3 mm thick fixed to angle iron frame by means of hinges welded to frame and painting with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces and grouting the frame in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 including handle and locking arrangement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge Note :- (i) Brick wall shall be 23 cm thick built in cement mortar (1:4) (ii) Internal plaster shall be 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) and external plaster upto 450mm from top shall be 20mm thick in CM (1:6) and remaining external surface shall be flush pointing in CM (1:6) as the work proceeds. (iii) PCC in foundation shall be 15 cm thick in cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate extended 15 cm all around from the external face of the walls. (iv) PCC coping shall be 15 cm thick in cement concrete ( 1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate including grouting of angle iron frame in PCC. (v) Three coats of white wash to internal surfaces of valve pit. (vi) Depth of valve pit shall be reckoned from the top of PCC in foundation.

All as per Srl item No 25 above but valve pit of internal size 110cm x 110cm x 110cm

M&L for cutting of PCC, hard standing, WBM, road not exceeding 45 cm in width not exceeding 100 cm in depth for passing of GI/CI/DI pipes and making good surface finish with PCC suitable grade for road complete all as specified and directed.

S&F as in repair Gun metal, gate valve, ISI marked, IS-778, size 15 mm bore pipe with iron wheel head, inside screwed both ends for iron pipes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per Srl item No 28 above but 20 mm dia bore.

All as per Srl item No 28 above but 25 mm dia bore.

S&F as in repair of 80 mm bore, cast Iron sluice valve, rising spindle type with flanged ends, ISI marked, IS:1486, class PN - 1.6 with stem of stainless steel and gun metal working part with iron hand wheel with nuts, bolts, washers and flange rubber gasket complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No 33 above but 100 mm dia bore.

All as per Srl item No 33 above but 150 mm dia bore.

All as per Srl item No 33 above but 200 mm dia bore.

All as per Srl item No 33 above but 250 mm dia bore.

M&L for repair to sluice valve of size 80 mm to 200mm bore by removing from the piping network, draining the system as required and refacing, regrinding and replacement of gun metal nut, threading, welding work, finishing work as required to make smooth function of valve and refixing of the same with nut bolts washer with new rubber gasket, gland complete. Note: Rate includes the cost of transportation to civil workshop and back for repair the valve for smooth functioning .

S&F as in replacement Cast iron, Non return valve with gun metal seat, PN 1.6, IS:5312 flanged end suitable for 250 mm bore pipe with brass nuts, bolts, washers and jointing with necessary flange ruber gasket etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
