Taking down carefully existing unserviceable copper / aluminum point wiring (light, fan, socket) complete including removal of unserviceable fittings such as switches, switch-sockets, ceiling roses, etc and removing the retrieved materials from dismantling including making good the disturbed surface of walls, floors, ceilings etc to match with the adjoining work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L point wiring for one light point / bell point /ceiling fan point/ exhaust fan point controlled by one switch with 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated, unsheathed multi strand copper conductor cable FR-LSH in and including concealed PVC conduit 20 mm dia, medium duty, ISI marked including new, steel terminal sunken boxes suitable of modular switch/socket flush to surface for one light point, fan point , controlled by one switch on the same board with other switch or independent including PVC insulated unsheathed 1.5 Sqmm multi stranded copper conductor cable FR-LSH connected to common earth dolly complete including cutting, chasing the surface and then making good the same in CM (1:3) and finishing the surface to match with existing surface etc complete all as specified and directed. The frame should be compatible with LED. The total fitting should be complete including LED driver, other accessories and rest complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: (i) The LED tube rod and CRCA frame should be of same make and they should be compatible with each other. (ii) The LED Tube shall be warranted for two years from the date of completion of work.
