Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of open well type (horizontal type) submersible pump unit for filtered water. The pumping unit shall have the following specification. Discharge : 3.5Cusecs Head : 15M Motor Rating : 25HP Make : Kirloskar / M&P/KSB Material Construction Pump casing : DI/CI Impeller: Bronze / CS Shaft : SS Method of Cooling : Water Cooled Stage : Single The opening in the suction case for the entrance of liquid shall be of proper size and shape to avoid eddy current. Suction case be fitted with a strainer made of corrosion resistant material. The submersible motor shall be squirrel cage induction motor and the winding shall be web type. The motor shall be suitable to operate on 3phases, 415 volts, 50Hz AC power supply and shall be of star-delta type. i. Degree of protection HP68 ii. Class of Insulation F The job includes p/f of level sensors in the sump for checking the water level and automatic closing of the pump in case of low water level in the sump.

Providing fitting, testing and commissioning of 200mm dia, 6mm thick MS pipe in a length of 3M comprising of flanged MS Pipes with flanges on both sides as delivery supply pipes to the open well submersible pumping unit installed in the sump. The job includes providing and fitting of fasteners. Gaskets with skilled labour involved in the execution of the job to be provided by the firm. The lowering of the pumping unit with complete testing, installation and commissioning of complete system shall be carried by the firm. The job further includes anchoring of the delivery pipe line with ISMC 100 to be valid with the plate form and the gantry pipe to ensure vibration free delivery pipes.

Providing and fitting of 200mm dia MS bend to be fitted to the delivery pipe of open well submersible pumping unit.

Providing , fitting, testing, commissioning of 200mm nominal dia. Heavy duty ductile iron VAG/ Tails make. Sluice Valve of rating PN10. The valve shall have body and bonnet of ductile iron EN-JS1030, fully covered with (PPDM) W270 approval identical seal on both sides, with integrated rubber joint protected against overload, body seat cast iron, bolts and nuts of stainless steel (A2). Corrosion protection: Inside and outside epoxy coating blue, RAL5005 according to GSK. The job includes P/F of 2 No. MS Flanges perfectly adaptable to the inbuilt flanges of the valves, which shall be fitted with delivery lines of pumping unit. Cost on account of nuts, bolts, gaskets etc. required for the job is included in the scope of work.
