Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass bushes, shrubs, sapling and trees girth up to 300 mm removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness. as per MORT&H Specification No 201 Clause 2.3

Construction of embankment with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads transpoting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 with borrow pits (Lead-4km)

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @4.5 Percent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects. (GRADE-II)

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sum on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom. As per MORT&H Clause 503

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 Percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specificationclause No. 507 complete in all respects (GRADE-II)

PATH WAY & ROAD DIVIDER CONSTRUCTION Providing and laying at or near groung level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp 1 including making joints with or without curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close Graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with front end loader at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 (10 cm thick in base of interlocking paver bricks )

Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath & courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) (Dark Shade pigment using ordinary cement) DSR Item No. 11.20.3

Cement concrete with 4cm (1/2'') gauge approved stone ballast, approved coarse sand. cement in the proportion 1:4:8 including supply of all materials,labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. As Per SI No. 281 (Below Kerb Channel & Footpath, Devider Path way)

Mild steel of iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete/ brick work (when not included in over all rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of steel, its wastage and hooks and authorised over lapping shall be measured.

Reflective Raised Pavement Markers (Cat Eye/ Road Stud) (RPM With Shank) Supply and fixing of raised pavement marker with Made of Plastic body of RPM/ Road Stud shall be moulded from ASA (Acrylic Styrene Acrylonitrite) or HIPS (High-Imoact Polystyrene) or Acrylonitrite Butadien Styrene (ABS) or Any other suitable material approved by the Engineer. The Marker shall support a load of 13.635 kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280. The Reflective panels shall consist of number of lenses contatning single or dual prismatic cubes capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entring the lens face. Lenses shall be mouled of methyl methecrylate conforming to ASTM D788 of equivalent. The slop or retro-reflecting surface shall preferably be 35+/-5 degree to base and the area of each retro -reflecting surface shall not be less than 13.00 sq.cm, the marker height shall not be less than 10 mm and shall not exceed 20 mm & Width shall not exceed 130 mm. The base of the marker shall be flat within 1.3 mm all road studs shall be legibly marked with the name, trade or other means of identification of the manufacture, epoxy installations, excess adhesive around the edge of the marker, excess adhesive on the pavement and adhesive on the exposed surfaces of the markers shall be immediately removed. The contractor shall submit a two year warranty for satisfactory field performance including stipulated retro-reflectance of the reflecting panel, to the Engineer In addition, a two year warranty for satisfactory infield performance of the finished road marker shall also be given by the contractor who carries out the work of fixing of reflective road markers In case the markers are displaced, damaged get worn out or lose their reflectivity compared to stipulated standards, the contractor would be required to replace all such markers within 15 days of the intimation from the Engineer, at his own cost. The rate shall include all materials, labour, T&P, transportation, installation and incidentals all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
