Relocation, installation and activation of 8x8 oxygen cylinder manifold support to new 16 bedded ICU erstwhile Triage at Govt SMHS Hospital Srinagar

Retrieval, disconnection and dismounting of existing 8x8 Oxygen Cylinder Manifold Panel assembly along with ISA base mountings. The job further includes safe storage and carriage of the same from GI shed near GMC to new 16 bedded ICU erstwhile Triage. The job further includes mounting of the said Cylinder Manifold by way of drilling anchor fastener bolts for ISA hangers and Control panel along with necessary welded joints. All tools, tackles and consumables shall be arranged by the firm.

Providing and fitting of copper tail pieces for 8x8 Oxygen Cylinder Manifold. The job includes dismounting and replacement of old damaged tail pieces with new ones. The tail pieces shall have compatible leak sealing washers and shall be able to withstand gas pressure of 150 Psi minimum. (Four Number Tail pieces to be kept as standby owing to sensitivity of the ICU)

Providing and fitting of brass metal NRVs (Non return Valves) for 8x8 Oxygen Cylinder Manifold. The job includes dis-mouting and replacement of old damaged NRVs (Non return Valves) with new ones. The tail-pieces shall have compatible threaded sealing with the manifold and shall be able to withstand gas pressure of 150 Psi minimum. (Four Number NRVs to be kept as standby owing to sensitivity of the ICU)

Providing and fitting of 22 mm copper MGPS tubing (12 MTRS approx) along with 22mm control valves (02 Nos.) with allied copper fittings including bends, tees and accessories and duly brazed to existing main oxygen supply header lines for providing regulating and controlling the oxygen flow. The job further includes providing and fitting of 15 mm copper MGPS tubing for connecting manual control panel, duly brazed )along with 15mm control valves (01 Nos.) for flow regulation. All the joints shall be duly brazed for leak proof sealing and the entire pipeline shall be duly color coded with medical designated shade painting, with not less than two coats of desired paint shade

Providing, fitting and testing of new pressure regulators(0-150bar) along with all the accessories for pressure regulation of medical air main feeder line. The regulator must be capable of regulating the output pressure of 4.5 bar from input of 6.5 Bar as measured.
