Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre depth and getting out in hard/dense soil for taking out/laying cables complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and spread clean dry river sand to required width at bottom and top for cable cushioning complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour Burnt bricks sub class 'B' old size laid in trenches with equal to length of bricks across the cable for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 70 sq mm 3.5 core

Supply, fixing, jointing & testing automatic star-delta starter in sheet metal enclosure with voltmeter and Amp meter 01 single phase preventer, moisture protection control, over temperature protection control, over load release, water level controller etc. motor rating 415 Volt, three phase 50 Hz for 3 HP submersible pump complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fixing, jointing & testing Cast Iron Sluice Valve of 50 mm dia ISI Marked, flanged ends drilled pressure rating PN-1.0, PD Short body, confirming to IS 14846 -2000, having stainless steel spindle with cast iron operation wheel at top complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Flanged joints complete with jointing material shall deemed to be included in the unit rate of this item. NOTE:- Old u/s Cast Iron Sluice Valve of 50 mm dia deposited to MES store yard.

Supply & Fixing of butterfly valve of 100mm size/bore conforming to IS 13095 including taking out the old unserviceable items complete all as specified and as directed.

Electric connection cable, unitmounted on heavy duty MS fabricated frame duly anticorrosive paint etc .

Supply and fixing water proof submersible cable 3 core copper conductor, PVC insulated 1100 volts grade, protected by means of metal clip alongwith the pump body and connected to pump motor through water tight sealing joints including taking out old unserviceable submersible cable and depositing to MES store yard complete all as specified and as directed of the following sizes

Supply and lay of MS Pipes heavy grade with suitable flange and socket and all fittings laid in floors or fixed to walls and ceilings including welding as required at site of following bore. Note :- Rate quoted shall deemed to be included for MS flanges and flange joints.
