Details of Work.

Erection of following main structures for extension of 33 KV main bus and auxiliary bus as per instruction manual and technical specification including shifting of material/equipments from store to erection site including all other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily for construction of 01 No. proposed 33 KV Jhabra feeder at 132 KV S/S Sarila :-

EKR - 02 Set BKR - 01 Set CCM- 04 Set CGM - 02 Set

Laying, stringing and clamping of 33 KV main bus and auxiliary bus in one section with the help of moose conductor, tension and suspension fittings, disc insulator strings.

Erection of following auxiliary structures of 33 KV bus isolators, line isolator and 03 Nos. CT of 01 No. proposed 33 KV Jhabra feeder at 132 KV S/S Sarila :- 03 Nos. ABL 03 Nos. ALP

Erection of following equipments as per instruction manual and technical specification including shifting of material/equipments from store to erection site including all other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily.

36 KV VCB Circuit Breaker

36 KV Bus Isolator without earth switch

36 KV Line Isolator with earth switch

Cutting,strengthening,bending,laying 1500mm.below in side ground and above ground of following size of MS Flat for earthing of main and auxiliary structure, equipment structure and its material etc. including welding with main earthmat and with object to be earthed /excavation of trenches its back filling.

Interconnection of above equipments and bus bar including cutting, bending of conductor and jumpering, clamping along with all other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily as per drawing and technical specn.

Painting of earth riser and earthing flat of above main structures and auxiliary structures and equipments having following size by applying one coat of red oxide and two coats of bus green color of Nerolac/Berger/Asian.

Laying of following sizes of control cable in the cable trench from control relay panel to various equipments/ marshalling boxes/J.B. etc. in switch yard as per cable schedule, its saddling at every 75cm. distance with Al saddles of size 25x3 mm. Size including carriage of cable drums from store to laying site and shifting back to store and all other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily as per technical specification.

Termination of following sizes of control cable as laid above as per cable schedule including making necessary holes in glands plates or box wherever required, providing and fixing of cable glands of appropriate size, supply and providing ferrules and Nos. for each core of cable and its termination with crimping type lugs of Dowell/Tension make and all other associated work to complete the jobs satisfactorily as per technical specification.
