SPECIAL REPAIR / REPLACEMENT TO BIRD PROOFING NET AND FALSE CEILING AT VARIOUS HANGARS UNDER GE (AF) SRINAGAR

M&L for bird Proofing PVC wire Net 2.5 -3 mm Dia PVC wire and Average Aperture of Netting 20-30 mm in square or rectangular area of each wire netting not less than 20 Sqm and each with all four corners closely stitched and reinforced with high-grade cloth, fixed complete with suitable clamps, hooks, eye bolts, GI binding wire, nylon cable ties/rope, screws, rawl plugs and all other necessary fittings and fixtures, including cutting, lapping, stitching, handling, lifting, transportation, labour, tools and plants, scaffolding and all incidental works required for proper fixing including dismantling existing wire netting from any height, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc., complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Rolled sections as in framing for cladding, glazing and the like fixed with angle tee, hollow tube section cleats and connecting plates, & Round Ring for curtain type etc Fe 410-W (Grade E-250) fixing in frames of wire netting in any height, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 2mm dia galvanised steel wire netting and Average aperture of 25-30 mm wire mattresses, cages, lapped including wired and welded in frames of iron and fixing height upto 25m in hangers, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new steel surface and iron surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Gl frame work snap grid frame of size 605 x 605mm for seamless ceiling made out of angle section 22 x 22mm on perimiter walls and tee section of 22 x 22mm in web made to shape out of GI sheet work, and hangers 6mm dia G.I. ( Upto 1200 mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of G.I. Flat 40 x 3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia 40mm long complete and including supply and fixing 8mm thick Gypsum perforated particle board of 600 x 600mm size for insulation and accoustics purposes, as per manufacturers instructions and jointing and finishing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges other board any other joints with recommended jointing compound over jointing tapes including dismantling of existing ceiling, complete all as specified and directed.

Deduction to be made from BOQ for Schedule 'A' Part-II (Credit Schedule from dismantling / taking down items) worth Rs 1,03,100.00 during AOC. (Note :- Tenderers shall not quote for this Schedule)
