M & L for hard core of broken stone or boulders of gauge n.exc 63 mm, deposited, spread & levelled in layers n.exc 15 cm thick watered & rammed to true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Reinforced cement concrete M-25 (design mix) using graded stone aggregate as in foundation including rafters footings foundation beam plinth beam bases for column etc basement slab under reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for precast cement concrete block masonry 1:3:6 Type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI marked as approved complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Use and waste of flat formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams and similar work vertical or to batter for rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for rolled sections of Fe-410 W (Gde E-250) quality 'A' as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates complete all as specified and directed.

S & F structural rolled mild steel confirming to Fe-410 W (Gde E-250) quality 'A' for joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel work in tubular trusses, purlins and posts including special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS-1161 grade St-240 including notching, drilling, fitting, riveting and/or welding or connecting with bolts and nuts including rivets or nuts and bolts, providing and fixing cleats, fish plates, gusset plates etc and also for wedging, plumbing, turning up & fixing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for rolled mild steel sections of Fe-410 W (Gde E-250) quality 'A' as in Compound girders and stanchions, lattice girders, aerial masts, staging for water tanks and the like including caps, bases, splices etc. built up from two or more beam or channel sections or angles with plates, including all lattice bars, stiffeners, gusset plates, etc. including prepration of surfaces and painted with one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer paint at Contractor’s workshop before fabricationand complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 22.5cm and n exc 30cm long and dia of neck IS from 16mm to 20mm complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Mild steel plates (plain or chequered) , 5mm thick or over in thickness in available sizes forming holes with riveted, bolted or welded attachment, conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specifed and directed.

Supply fabrication and fixing anodized aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including jointing cleats for fixing etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply fabrication and fixing aluminium door shutters, side hung type without sash bars, aluminium section weighing 0.55 Kg/RM including necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, powder coated anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, powder coated aluminium fittings, such as handle (01 No for each leaf) etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Glazing/wire mesh shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of Schedule.

S & F for pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based trapizoidal profile steel sheet 0.50mm thick (overall) of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for 1.25mm thick mild steel sheet eaves gutters, galvanised class 3, half round with rounded edge completed all as specified and directed.

M & L for 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in floors, finished fair & even complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 100mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as directed.

M & L for 100mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring laid adopting panel dimension not exceeding 1200mm x 1200mm, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 18-20 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps jambs pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar 1:6 including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 60mm thick PVC moulded precast interlocking paving blocks factory casted using grey cement and pigment, casted in an automatic plant working on vibration and simultaneous hydraulic compression from top, confirming to IS-15658-2006 and of shape haxagon/ triangular/ zigzag/ I-shaped etc. as directed having compressive strength not less than 350 Kg/ Sqcm laid over and including 25 to 30mm thick layer of sand cushioning including filling the interstices with & including sand and interstices on edges filled with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as directed.

M & L for 4mm thick PVC tiles/sheets, laminated plain coloured, marbled mosaic or mottled finish, laid with approved rubber based adhesive in floors complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick masonry/ concrete surface, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 100mm thick precast (factory casted) cement Concrete kerb stone casted in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with plain or interlocking joints (as directed), making groove in existing road of desired dimension, placing in erect position Kerb stone in edging and set and jointed in cement mortar 1:4, making good distrubed surface of ground complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only 5.5mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality exc 0.50 sqm in each pane fixed to aluminium frame work with necessary glazing clips/rubber packing/gasket screws etc complete all as directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment on walls including cleaning of any mortar drops, fungus efflorescent salts etc and preparation of old plastered and other surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer over a coat of 1mm thick wall care putty complete all as directed. (Make : For wall putty- Birla white/Bison wall putty of Berger/Narolac wall putty/Asian paint powder putty /Acro wall guard.)

M&L for preparing newly plastered walls surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment on walls, chajjas etc including cleaning of any mortar drops, fungus efflorescent salts etc and preparation of old plastered surfaces, priming plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of 1st grade quality over and including one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.
