Earthwork excavation for foundation (for narrow excavation) to full depth as per designed in all soils and sub soils except soft disintegrated rock not requiring blasting and hard rock requiring blasting and bailing water wherever necessary. Refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth other than sand in layers of well rammed and compacted and depositing the surplus earth in places shown by the departmental officers with an initial lead of 10m and initial lift of 2m and clearing and leveling the site etc.complete complying with standard specification.

Providing Pre-constructional anti- termite treatment and creating a chemical barrier to the building by injecting chemical emulsion of required concentrations raft slab and beam, under Cellular raft slab, around the footings, column pits, trenches, pits, wall trenches, back fill, plinth filling, junction of wall and floor, side walls of foundation, external perimeter of building,surrounding of pipes expansion joints, etc. as per IS specification and as per the instructions of chemical manufacturer and all as directed.The treatment shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the technical specification and conforming to IS 6313 (PART-2) or equivalent BS specification. 1. The chemical to be used as insecticides for the treatment shall be Termitee oil 20% (or) 50% EC and the application shall be dilute one part of chemical 20% or 50% EC with 19 or 49 parts of water to get 1% emulsion and strictly in accordance with the manufacturer's specification.( or)2.The chemical to be used as insecticides for the treatment shall be IMIDACLOPRID 30.5% S C and the application shall be applied at 0.075% active ingredients concentration i.e. 2.1ml formulated product diluted 1 lit of water and strictly in accordance with the manufacturer's specification.

Supplying and filling in foundations and basement with filling sand in layers not exceeding 15 cm.thick,well watered,rammed and consolidated etc.complete complying with standard specifications.

Plain Cement Concrete 1 : 4 :8 ( one part of cement, four parts of sand and eight parts of hard broken stone ) using 40 mm gauge hand broken hard broken granite stone jelly complying with standard specifications in foundations and basement.

Refilling the approved good quality earth in plinths, area development etc.wherever specified in layers is not exceeding 200 mm thick., with available earth at site.

Supplying and filling of good earth filling locally available earth transported from the out side including consolidation,levelling specified in layers of not exceeding 200 mm thick., etc. complete.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing of Steel doors with following specification.MS angle of size 40x40x6mm at 3.5 kg/m used for outer frame and MS Angle of size 35x35x5mm at 2.6 Kg/m for the shutter frame. Stiffeners with 32x6mm at 1.5 Kg/m MS Flat is provided as the lock rail of the door and welded intact on both ends to the shutter frame.18 G CR Sheets of best quality is laid as panel in the shutter frames. 18x5mm at 0.70 kg/m MS flat is welded over the 32x6mm at 1.50kg/m MS Flat on the rear side of the door, sandwiching the CR Sheet for rigidity. Manufacturing,supplying and fixing of stainless steel hand rails for staircase using 50mm dia 304L grade stainless steel pipe of 1.6mm thick will be provided with tubular supports made of 304L grade ss pipe of 25mm dia of 1.6mm thick welded to the railing.The supports will be grouted into the wall and provided with 93mm thick ss circular base plate of 304L grade.The rate shall included for grouting into concrete with necessary supporting arrangements the hand rail in floor polishing buffing, cutting, grinding, conveyance,welding charges,electrical charges,etc.complete.

UPVC Window supplying and fixing UPVC ( Un-PLASTICIZED Polyvinyl chloride) windows of casement type (open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mmx58mm and shutter profile are reinforceement with gi/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are mlulti chamberedcv section with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will be provided with Espag multi power points locks and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations free pin headed or plain glass 4mm thick should be provided to the shutter and it should not allow leakage of water even at most ranging storms and should have key lockable action, security protective hinges, strong locking systems and as per size for arresting noise and energy loss. The connecting mechanism between sah and outer frame that enables opening of the window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames The window should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work.

UPVC VENTILATOR:Supplying and fixing UPVC ( Un-PLASTICIZED Polyvinyl chloride) Louvered Ventilators of from the profile the size of outer frame 60x58mm and shutter profile the size of 60x78mm both profile size of 60x78mm both profiles are reinforced with GI/1MM 125GSM and 100% corrosion free , the profile are mulit chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber ( black colour) covered with all over he edges of frame and shutter . The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiation pin headed glass 4mm thick should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all aroundthe frame. The ventilator should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work.

Solid PVC door shutters Toilet door using 19 Gauge 19mm MS square tubes for styles and outer frames. 15mm MS square tubes for top, lock and bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC sheets. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC sheets for panelling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings. The over all size of styles shall be 50mm x 30mm. The over all size of top rail, Lock rail and bottom rail shall be 75mm x 30mm. The over all size of frames shall be 50mm x 45mm, with suitable rabate for housing the shutter.

Elevation Glazing: Designing the semi unitised structural glazing system with open groove joint as per designed intent,preparation of shop drawings for apprival, supply, fabricate,erect as per approved shop drawings at all floor levels and floor heigth including conducting field test as per the test criteria set out in the particular specification (metholodgy should be got approved by the Dept.officials.) Double leaf full glass door:To be made out of 12mm thk Toughened glass with etching as per design.The glass with etching has to be fixed. with all side and Top rails of size 1 1/4" x 5" and the Bottom rail of size 1 1/2" x 10".The rails to be made out of best quality beach wood.The door shall have 18" long S/S handle and also 2 nos of double action floor spring of specified make.The etching in glass pattern to be followed strictly as per instructions of the Architect or following the drawing attached.NB:Size of the door may slightly vary as per site conditions for matching the elevation of the fixed glazing.All exposed edges of the glass to be machine polished. dorma/Eqivalent patch fitting and locking arrangement is to be used for fixing the glass.

Supply and fixing of 3.5 X120 Sqmm PVC armoured LT UG cable in a trench to be excavated at a depth of 0.75metre putting 0.15 mt.Layer of sand and covering the cable completely with bricks and sand and refilling the earth to make good.

Supply and fixing of brass cable gland for 3 1/2 X 120 Sqmm PVC armoured LT UG cable with earth connection.

Supply and providing cable end termination of 3 1/2 X 120 Sqmm PVC LTUG Aluminium armoured cable with necessary Aluminium cable sockets by crimping etc, with electrical connection complete.

Earthing as per the ISI specification with an earth electrode of 2.1 mtr class 'B' GI pipe of dia not less than 40mm, with copper earth plate of size 125mm x 50mm x 6mm with necessary funneling arrangements with necessary masonry work and with 38mm RCC cover slab for the brick masonry

False Ceiling - Gypsum Ceiling- Providing and fixing suspended gypboard false ceiling, which includes providing & fixing GI perimeter channels of size 27mm, 0.5mm thick having one flange of 20mm & another flange of 30mm along with perimeter of the ceiling, screws fixed to brick wall / partitions with the help of rawl plugs & screws. Then suspending GI intermediate channels of size 45mm, 0.9mm thick with two flanges of 15mm each from the soffit at 1200mm centers with steel GI hanger of which 25mm, 0.5mm thick fixed to soffit with GI cleat & steel expansion fastners. Ceiling section of 0.5mm thickness having knurled wedge of 51.5mm and two flanges of 25mm each with leafs of 10.5mm are then fixed to the intermediate channel with the help of connecting clips and in direction perpendicular to the intermediate channel at 450mm centers. 12.5mmtapered edge gypboard is then screwed fixed to ceiling section with 25mm dry wall screws at 230mm centers screw fixing will be done mechanically either with screw driver or drilling machine with suitable attachment. Finally the tapered and squared edges of the boards are jointed at finished to give a flushed finish with requisite jointing compound, paper tapes, finished and premier suitable for Gypsum plaster boards. The entire work shall be finished as per instructions of the Architect. No extra cost shall be entertained in completing the job in all respect. The ceiling to be finished with 2 coats of approved colour of plastic emulsion paint over a primer coat.8mm thick acrylic strips provided in the ceiling as per view.

Grid Ceiling - Accessories manufactured and supplied by Armstrong World Industries consisting of M6 Anchor Fasteners with Vertical Hangers made of Galvanised steel of size 26 x 26 x 25 x 1.2 mm with a Galvanised thickness of 80 grm/sqm, A pre-straightened Hanger wire of dia-2.68mm of 1.83 m length, thickness of 80 g/sq.m and a tensile strength of 344-413 MPa,along with adjustable hook clips of 0.8mm th., galvanised spring steel for 2.68 mm with a minimum pull strength of 110 kg. The adjustable clip also consists of a 3.5mm aquiline wire to be used with the main runner.Entire work shall be carried out as per the detailed technical specifications, drawings and as per the instruction of Engineering in charge.

Full Height Solid Partition With laminate finsh - Providing and fixing rigidly in position a partition using 50 x 25mm Aluminium framework running both horizontally and vertically at not more than 600mm c/c bothways. The framework alternative vertical member to touch the true ceiling height from the finished floor level and fixed rigidly to the ceiling, flooring, walls or partitions as applicable. All vertical framework members shall be of a single piece without any joints and the entire work should be done in the presence of the site engineer-in-charge. The framework to have fixed with 18mm thick BWR Plywood on either side of the framework up to 75mm above false ceiling etc all as per details in the drawing. The surface to be finshed with 2mm thick laminate .Providing Glass Wool: providing and fixing thermal insulation with resin bonded rock wool conforming to IS:8183,density 48 kg/m3,50 mm thk, wrapped in 200 g virgin polythene 50mm thick bags placed between the plywood.The work to be completed as per design and approval of the Architect.Note:Rate will be consider for visibile area only.
