Earthwork excavation for foundation in all soils and sub soils in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders and to full depth as may be directed,except in hard rock,requiring blasting including shoring and shuttering and bailing out of water wherever necessary,refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth or sand in layer of not more than 15cm thick.well rammed and consolidated and depositing on bank with initial lead and lift of 10m & initial lift of 2m and depositing the surplusr earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with iniital lead and lifts,clearing and levelling the site etc., complete as per SS20B and as directed by departmental Engineers(TNBP No.17,23,24).

Earth work excavation and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10 m and lift of 2 M in narrow trenches for laying of pipes for water supply and sewerage works in the following type of soils as directed by Departmentalofficers( hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, ordinary earth, earth mix with small sized boulders and hard gravelly soil)

Supply and delivery the following PVC / GI pipes and specials including cost and conveyance of materials to site etc complete.

Lowering of PVC pipes and specials in to the trenches carefully laying to proper grade and alignment jointing with AC,PVC, couplers with simplex joints and testing to the required pressure etc, complete and as directed by officers P.V.C./GI Pipes

Excavating of driving pit and receiving pit of size 3.00m (length) x 3.50m (breadth), upto 5m depth in all soil strata including shoring and strutting using 6mm tk MS Plate of size 3.50m x 3.50m usable for 20 operations and providing 16mm thickness MS plate of size 3.00m x 3.50m with 100mm x100mm x 12mm angles of 4m length for holding the MS plates for Thrust arrangements to receive the impacts during pushing operation of encasing pipe. Lowering the following size of MS encasing pipe by using Contractor’s crane and machineries and jointing MS pipes by welding, across the National Highways/State Highways/ Railways/Canal crossing etc and driving the horizontal bore by pushing / jacking method (trenchless technology method) using contractor’s machineries such as cranes, jacks, jacking materials, generator, welding machineries, compressor, jack hammer and other equipments etc. without interfering and causing any hindrance to the movement of traffic or any other vehicles, without any disturbances to the railway/road/canal formation etc. including bailing / pumping of water where ever necessary without affecting any installation like water supply pipeline/telephone cable, electric cables etc. passing nearby area and scooping the earth inside the pipes and pit and depositing the surplus earth in a convenient place and leveling the site after completion of entire work as directed by TWAD Engineers. The rate includes the cost of driving pit, thrust bed/wall and receiving pit to the depth of om to 2m excluding the cost of MS pipes.

Refilling the excavated earth to the pipe laying trenches complying with standard specification.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 mix (One Part of Cement, Four part of Fine Aggregate and Eight part of Coarse Aggregate) Using 40mm ISS HBG metal for foundation and basement including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layer of not more than 15cm thick and consolidated including all cost conveyance of materials and labour charges etc. complete as per standard specifications and as directed by departmental Engineers(TNBP No.28).

Brick Work in CM 1:5 (One Cement & Five Fine Aggregate) mix using country bricks of size 8-3/4" x 4-1/4" x 2-3/4" size including cost and conveyance of materials to work site and including all labour charges for mixing, laying, curing the concrete etc., complete as per standard specifications and as directed by departmental Engineers – TNBP No:31

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position mild steel or TMT rods for all reinforced cement concrete works as per design given including cost of steel and binding wire with all conveyance and lead charges in all floors etc.complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the deparmental engineers. TNBP No:30

Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 325Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand), but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5(One Cement and Five Sand) 12 mm thick complying with water proof compounded with standard specification.
