Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (including equivalent design mix)

Dismantling manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge : Water bound macadam road

Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m as directed by Engineer-in-charge. All kinds of soil.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity including making good the undulations etc. as per direction of engineer in charge.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material conforming to specificiations, mixing in a mechancial mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, flr all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting by viprator power roller to achieve the desired density complete as per specificiations and directions Engineer-in-charge with material conforming to grade - I ( size range 75 mm to 0.075) having CBR value - 30. .

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc., and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc., for mass concrete

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 Crushed stone sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Cold Twisted Bars

Providing and laying design mix cement concrete of M-40 grade, in roads/ taxi tracks/ runways, using cement content as per design mix, using crushed stone sand and graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size in appropriate proportions as per approved & specified design criteria, providing dowel bars with sleeve/ tie bars wherever required, laying at site, spreading and compacting mechanically by using needle and surface vibrators, levelling to required slope/ camber, finishing with required texture, including steel form work with sturdy M.S. channel sections, curing, making provision for contraction/ expansion, construction & longitudinal joints (10 mm wide x 50 mm deep) by groove cutting machine, providing and filling joints with approved joint filler and sealants, complete all as per direction of Engineerin- charge (Item of joint fillers, sealants, dowel bars with sleeve/ tie bars to be paid separately). Note:- Cement content considered in M-40 is @ 390 kg/cum. Excess/ less cement used as per design mix is payable/ recoverable separately. Providing and fixing pre-moulded joint filler in expansion joints of RCC roads / CC pavements after making the joints dust free with high pressure air jet cleaners, all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Pre-moulded joint fillers shall be made of bitumen hot sealing compound impregnated fibre board having impregnation more than 35%, conforming to IS:1838 for fibre board and IS: 1834 for hot sealing bitumen compound grade A.)

Repurchase price of dismantled materials (to be paid by or recovered from the contractor work bill) Inclusive of cost born for loading and unloading etc., by the contractor. Excavated stone aggregate from GSB (greater than or equal to 40 mm)

Providing and applying FOSROC Nitoflor Hardtop non-metallic surface floor hardener @ 5 kg/sqm including finishing of the op surface by floating method using power trowel with disc (floater) as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing G.I. pipes complete with G.I. fittings including trenching and refilling etc., 80mm dia nominal bore.

Providing laying and fixing following dia G.I.pipe ( medium class in ground complete with G.I. fittings including trenching and re-filling etc., as required. 100 mm dia.
