Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam clay or sand) including lift upto 1.5 mtr. and lead upto 30 m and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and sides of the foundation trenches or in to the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge upto a distance of 30 m from the foundation trenches.

12 mm thick plaster with cement mortar consisting of one part of cement & six part of coarse sand(1:6),minimum thickness not to be less then 10 mm including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc for proper completion of work.

Engaging of labour for misc. civil works with required T&P

Supply and Filling of Stone Ballast/Metal of 40mm & 20mm mixer in Sub Station Switch Yarad area etc. including Levelling and Dressing in complete with all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge

Painting or varnishing old iron work in small areas or old wood work with one coat of ready mixed priming paint and two coat of approved superior quality ready mix paint "Luxol" or equivalent brand or varnish including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Paint to be used should conform to the I.S. 103-1950.

Ist class brick work in 1:6 cement & coarse sand (F.M. 1.8 to 2.5) mortar in foundation & plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Earth filling under floors I/C cost of earth when obtained from out side board's area including its carriage I/C watering, ramming in 20 cm. layers & dressing of earth etc. all complete.

Local sand filling in plinth including supply of necessary quantity of local sand outside the UPPCL permises including watering, dressing etc. Rate to include cost of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.(Local from approved local quarry)

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetations,grass, bush, wood, trees and saplings of girth upto 30cm measured at a height of 1.0m above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50m outside the periphery of UPPCL area cleared. (CSI No. 4.08)
