Testing, claibration & adjustment of all types like IDMT, Earth Fault etc. HT relay with secondary current injection test kit by applying the current at particular time reqd. for the same & checking the tripping time of the circuit breaker complete as reqd.

Overhauling & servicing of draw out of 2500 /1600A/1250A/1000A LT Air- Circuit breaker comprising of assorted rating switches i/c carbonized flashed contacts cleaning, contracts alignment resetting, contact resistance test, tightening nut, bolt, washer of distorted sockets etc as required.

Servicing , overhauling, testing and commissioning of floor mounted metal LT main panel board after complete overhauling and throughly checking of Busbar chamber, trip free mechanism, eating, short circuit breaking , CT chamber, busbar, DMC, SMC insulation, Ammeter, voltmeter, insulation test, interconnection, tighting of nut bolt washer of panels including servicing and thorogh checking of contact points of all MCCBs, MCBs installed on the panel and refixing the same tec. as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of brass nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Supplying and fixing of heavy duty fully automatic motorized rolling shutter 1 mm thick GI laths sheet mounted on specially design 5 inched pipe shaft with rolling ball bearing system and heavy duty GI top cover for rolling shutter and side fixing MS Channel and 35x35x5 mm angle iron with lock plate and extra for providing of heavy duty grill made of 8 mm dia MS bar approximately 1 mtr along the entire width of shutter with one or more coat of primer and two or more core of enamel paint i/c credit of old dismantle material as and where basis complete as required

Supply and fixing of heavy duty fully automatic motorized rolling system with side rolling shutter motor with single phase 220 volt 50 Hz lifting height 6 mtr. lifting force capacity 600 kg single phase suitable for all weather conditions precisely open and close strong power and low noise safety break up and down switch shaft, clutch and automatic system with inbuilt manual SS chain pulley system mounted on the GI rolling shutter complete as required

Supplying , Laying and fixing following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed al. conductor armoured power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following ways as reqd. (a) 3.5 X 25 sq.mm. cable on surface

Supplying and fixing suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess, including providing and fixing 6 pin 5/6 A & 15/16 A modular socket outlet and 15/16 A modular switch, connections etc. as required.
