Supplying all materials, labour, T&P, excavation of any available, type of soil by mechanical means loading into and transportation by mechanical means and unloading the soil within the pound area and properly prepared and scientifically approved surface, including spreading and levelling the Earth in 22.5 CM layers. Complete as per the required specification and direction of the Engineer in charge.

Supplying, fitting, fixing of Stainless steel of 304 grade in hand railing using 50mm dia. of 2mm thick circular pipe with balustrade of size 32mm x 32mm x 2mm @ 0.90mtr. c/c and stainless square pipe bracing of size 32mm x 32mm x 2mm in 3 rows in staircase as per approved design and specification, buffing, polishing etc. with cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, labour, T&P etc. complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Earth work in excavation of foundation in ordinary soil with in 50m initial lead and 1.50m initial lift including rough dressing breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm & laying in layers not exceeding .0.3m depth and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing, supplying, filling in foundation and plinth with sand including watering and ramming with cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials with all labour, T&P etc., complete.

Cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in F&F using 40mm size bhg metal of approved quality including cost, conveyance, taxes & royalty of all materials and labour with T&P etc. complete in all respect .

R.C.C work of proportion M-20 in Plinth Bend & Column base etc. using 12 mm size hg chips of approved quality including rigid & smooth centering & shuttering, cost, conveyance, taxes, royalties of all materials, watering & curing for 28 days & cost of all labour with T&P etc. complete.
