M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar CM 1:4 to brick/concrete wall surfaces finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Work to be carried out upto 15 mtr height)

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 to brick/concrete wall surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3 on ceiling surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered Internal wall surface and applying followings complete all as specified and directed :- (a) Applying 1mm thick wall care putty on wall surface and smoothening the surface prepatory to paint. (b) Two coat of Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) and including one coat of primer by using Airless spray / Roller over complete

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceilings and applying two coat of OBD complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of new external plastered wall surface and applying followings complete all as specified and directed :- (a) Applying 1mm thick wall care putty on wall surface and smoothening the surface prepatory to paint. Complete removal of existing treatment on old external wall surfaces of any description, preparation of surface by Mechanised sander having suction vacuum bag using smart periodical methodology complete all as specified and directed

M&L for applying acrylic thick wall care putty on prepared surfaces of walls / Chajja's / facia/ ceiling / Ext surfaces (thickness vary from 1.0 to 1.5 mm as required for desired smoothness and levelling of surfaces in two or more layers) by using ready made wall care putty including sand papering after filling the putty to make surface smooth and ready for receiving painting etc complete all as specified and directed. Make of wall Putty : JK wall Putty / Birla Wall care Putty / Bison Wall Putty. Notes : (i) The prepared surface after wall putty, the contractor will inform to the GE as well as to the Engineer-in-Charge for site inspection before applying further finishes. Please note that the further finishes work will start only after approval of the prepared surface from the GE as well as to the Engineer-in-Charge through site order.

M&L for preparation of surfaces and applying 02 coats of exterior emulsion paint (light shade) with highlighter of any approved shade, @ 5 sq.m/litre/2 coats by using roller to external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/balcony etc surfaces over & including a coat of exterior wall primer @ 11 sq.m/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of exterior emulsion by using following brands of emulsion and primer complete all as specified and directed. Make of Exterior Wall Primer : Asian / Berger / Nerolac [Best Quality]. Make of Exterior Emulsion : Asian (APEX) / Berger (WEATHER COAT ANTI DUST) / Nerolac (EXCEL TOTAL) . Notes : (i) The prepared surface after wall primer, the contractor will inform to the GE as well as to the Engineer-in-Charge for site inspection before applying further finishes. Please note that the further finishes work will start only after approval of the prepared surface from the GE as well as to the Engineer-in-Charge through site order.

M&L for two coats of distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) surface by using Roller over complete all as specified and directed. Notes : (i) Smooth finished surfaces are considered under Srl item No above. (ii) The prepared surface after wall putty, the contractor will inform to the GE as well as to the Engineer-in-Charge for site inspection before applying further finishes. M&L for preparation of old surfaces of body wall over rough cast surfaces etc and applying one coat of cement base paint with highlighter of any existing shade, @ 5 sqm/kg/1 coat by using following brands of cement base paint and primer by brush or roller complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make of Cement Paint : Snowcem Plus (Snowcem Paints) / or Equivalent as approved by AO

M&L for preparing existing treated surfaces of ceilings including cornices and applying two coats of white wash by making the lime slaked at site and shall be mixed and stirred with about five liters of water for 1 kg of unslaked lime to make a thin cream. This shall be allowed to stand for a period of 24 hours and shall then be screened through clean coarse cloth. 1 kg of gum dissolved in hot water shall be added to every one cubic meter of lime cream. About 1.3 Kg of sodium chloride dissolved in hot water shall also be added for every 10 kg of lime for making the coating hard and rub-resistant. Small quantity of ultramarine blue (upto 3 gm per kg of lime) shall also be added to the of white wash solution and the whole solution shall be stirred thoroughly before use complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of ceiling by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapiing down, smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed.
