Providing consultancy services i.e. preparation and submission of Structural Design and Drawing, architectural Drawing including Planning and feasibility of two no. Fire exit staircases and Underground water storage tank of 1 lac litre capacity with booster pumping station at site and preparation of Detailed estimate including preparation of justification after tender [70% payment for the job shall be made only after submission of hard & soft copies of all survey / architectural Drawing, department approval to the design calculations and six sets of working / structural drawing on A0or Al size sheets, submission of detailed estimate and remaining 30% will released on completion of structure. If any change in structural design/ drawing is required at any stage the same will be provided immediately free of cost.
