SPL REP TO BLDG NO P-92 AND UNDER GROUND ELECTRIC CABLE AT NIYARI AND TANGDHAR UNDER THE AOR OF GE 874 EWS

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars, arches etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks of old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per srl Item No 2 above but except brick.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished over and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick on stone masonry concrete surfaces or other than fair faces of brick work or on one side of lathing in CM 1:6 finished over and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 in kerb or mud stops rounded or chamfered on edges all as specified (20mm graded aggregate) for copping, including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered using form work straight or curved complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L applying two coats of cement base paint including preparation of newly plastered surface of wall complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L applying one coats of cement base paint including preparation of old plastered surface of wall complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L applying two coats of Oil bound distemper including preparation of newly plastered surface of wall over 3mm call care putty complete all as specified and as directed.
