Labour and hire charges for providing wooden gallery in 2 levels at a height of 0.60m and 0.75m from the ground level using MS frames supporting the stage and the floor base of gallery covered with 19mm thick water proof plywood supported by necessary cross bracings using c.w reepers of required size with necessary required screws and nails including finishing neatly etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers. The rate includes cost of hire charges for materials, loading, unloading, conveyance charges, labour charges and fixing charges etc., The same has to be removed after the function is over.
Labour and hire charges for roofing pandal by using M.S.pipe steel trusses and MS Angle, purlins of prefabricated members which are ready to use to be joined with necessary bolts and nuts and roof with rain proof and fire proof zinc sheet pandal at a height of 24 feet from the existing ground level and stability of the structure is ensured by thoroughly checking the members against any possibility of sliding, collapsing under normal climatic condition and should be water proof etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers. The rate includes hire charges of materials, loading, unloading, conveyance charges, labour charges and fixing etc., The same has to be removed after the function is over.
Labour and hire charges for covering the three sides of stage except front portion by using fire proof and rain proof GI corrugated sheet supported by MS frame with necessary scoffolding arrangement etc.,complete and as directed by the departmental officers. The rate includes hire charges of materials, loading, unloading, conveyance charges, labour charges for fixing etc., The same has to be removed after the function is over.
