Dismantling of brick work built in Cement Mortar including all Quoins, Arches, Pillars, etc. of any descriptions, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.50m wide and n.exc 1.50m in depth for foundation etc n.exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified.

M&L for plain cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 (40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified

M&L for Brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per srl item No. 4 here in before but except bricks . Note:- Serviceable bricks obatined from srl item No. 1 shall be re-used in srl item No. 5 after cleaning etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including sup- ports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc. for fair finished flat surfaces

M&L for RCC (Nominal mix) type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) in Beams, cantilevers,bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in as in coping cill, rounded or chamffered on edges complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Dismantling of mild steel work of any description not other wise provided of all as direted by Engr-in-Charge.

MS framed work as in doors or gates (ornamental) of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair Galvanized 2 stand Steel Barbed wire 2.00mm dia barbed with dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of stsnderd rails, straining bolts,including securing or tying at crossings with and provisuion of galvanised mild steel pins, etc incl taking down of existing barbed wire as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge

S&F in repair 950/650/450 mm dia concertina coil reinforced punched(chrome razor or blade wire with barbed top of 0.5mm thick galvanised sheet and core wire of dia 2.5mm of high tensile steel wire incuding galvanised MS staples/ Clips for tying at crossing complete including taking down of existing concertina coil all as specified and directed by Engineer–in-Charge

Taking down cement Plaster, any description on Brick Walls or on concrete Surfaces including raking out Joints, hacking for Key, scrubbing down with Water, etc., and removing same from the Site(s), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on brick work or concrete surfaces other than fair face of brick work, finished fair & even w/o using extra cement all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (WPC paid and measured seprately)

Supply only liquid water proofing compound mix cement concrete/cement plaster as per manufacture instruction all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : DR. FIXIT PIDE PROOF LW, CICO, FOSROC.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over coat of chalk primer on walls,facia and chajja complete all as specified.

M&L preparation of new plaster surface on wall two coat of weather proof exterior grade paint over a coat of primer all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exc 400 sqm each and in depth exc 50mm but n. exc 100mm deep, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Hardcore of Broken stone/boulders gauge n exc. 63mm, deposited, spread & levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, incl watered, rammed & rolling with moorum or red bajri to a true surface, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces with Power Roller exc 8 tonne n exc 12 tonne complete all as specified.

M&L 100 mm thick Cement concrete type C-2,1:3:6 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base finished even smooth with broom finished without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L 150 mm thick Cement concrete type B-2,1:2:4 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base finished even smooth with broom finished without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC B-1, 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate wearproof topping using metallic floor hardener as per manfacutre's instruction as specified (incorporating an approved metallic floor hardener),laid on concrete floors and pavings and path ,and finished even and smooth (except metallic hardener) all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note: metallic hardener is measured and paid separately).

Supplied only metallic floor hardner,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for spike rolling to surface or making impressions of expanded metal, whilst tha concrete is green,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Demolition in cement concrete ground floor and paving exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground floor ) all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down and refixing for mild steel gate & wecket gate at any size including welding/cutting and fixing in RCC Column complete all as specified and as directed by Enge-In- Charge.

Demolition of RCC of any descrition and in any position not other wise specially provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition).

Dismantling of wall/ floor tile including backing coat any description or any thickness beded and pointed in any cement motar and removal to out of MD land.

M & L for Granite (of any type) work 20 mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platform, verticle surfaces and any position in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite incl screed bed 10mm thick in CM 1:4 incl chamfering and rounding of edges where required all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rough finished concrete surface formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge .

M&L steel deformed bars (TMT bars) 10mm dia, and over in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required, incl. cranking, hooking ends, binding with and including mild steel (annealed) binding wire not less than 0.90mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified.

All as per Srl Item no.33 above, but 6mm to 8mm dia bars. Spacer and striups complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L for RCC (Nominal mix) type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts,complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L for Preparation new steel surface exc 10 cm width/girth one coat red oxide primer and two coat of synthetic enamal paint all as specified and directed bi Engineer-in-charge.

Removing/ Re-fixing for stainless steel letter at any size on grinate wall/piller complete all as specified and directed bi Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Mild steel plates, plain or chequered, 5mm thick or over in thickness in available sizes Fe 410 W (Gde-E-250) quality-A all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

S&F for MS as in posts and struts in fencing angle including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc flat iron fillets (for securing with mesh etc including all necessary drilling bolting or riveting etc and similar work confirming to Fe-290 (Gde-E-165 quality-B. Note:-Posts/struts of angle iron made to shape shall be welded to existing angle iron bracket of security wall, contractor shall make his own arrangement for welding for boundary wall by using gen sets or any alternative arrangement all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanised fencing, size 75mmx75mmx4mm wire all specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire

M&L expanded metal not exc four kg per sqm, cut to length, bent to shape required and tying with and including annealed muild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or fixing with galvanised steel staples supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge thickness including nanital or similar pattern roor coverings all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 0.50 mm thick pre coated thick galvalume aluminium zink coated GI based corrougated steel sheeting of any colour having tansile strength of 550 MPA as in roof covering/glading to wall fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm of an colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 1mm mild steel, plain black sheet hearths; covering to door shutters; covering to door chowkats (frames); chullah hoods; waters tanks; water troughs; ducts; urinal troughs and funnels, etc. cut to size, edges beaded if directed, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel members, etc., with plain 40mm lap joints or welded/riveted seams including bending, turning up, mitred angles, stopped ends, outlets, etc. as required and directed.

Restriaining resecurig including making good staples or tighting of cross wire galvanised barbed wire in any dia of wire or any spacing all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1cement 4coarse sand) furrowingthe under layer with scratching tool applying cement slurry @ 3kg/sqm top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 ( 1white cement 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping coloured 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing & washing the top layer with brushes & water to expose the stone chipping complete all as speacified pattern decided by Engr-in-Charge.(payment for providing grooves shall be made separately). Note:- Top layer of shade be of white cement using colouring pigment & stone chipping of desired colour as approved.

Forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-charge

S&F single side writing informatory stainless steel reflective sign board size 4'x3' having with aluminium sheet base of 2 mm thickness having retro reflective tape base and font. Colour and matter of sign board will be furnished by Engr-in-Charge. The frame of sign board should be 2" outer dia square Stailness steel pipe and having 2 legs of stainless steel square pipe 9' link each of 2" outer dia swuare pipe the board should be grouted in PCC work of size 300x300x450 mm including taking down of existing all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (a) SS Sign Board = 4'x3' =12 sq ft. (b) Stainless steel post with f type shape 50 mm OD =m 9'x2= 18 R ft

M&L 60 mm Machine pressed pre casted pressed cement concrete inter locking paver blocks glazed coloured up to 6mm on the top in any shape and size, strenth not less than M-35 incl 25mm thick sand cushioning all as directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L Chequered cement concrete tiles 300x300x25mm thick, set jointed and pointed in near cement slurry in floors with gray cement and pigments in any colour machine preassed glazed , over cement screed bed 15mm thick cement motor 1:6 all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.make nitco/arena or equivalent all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) as in louvres and jallies, 35mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame (pre cast frame shall be measured separately) set in CM 1:4 incl dismantling complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Pre-Cast RCC (1:1.1/2:3) (12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in pillars of any shape, size & design as approved by Engr-in-Charge and making groves for insert of jafri jallies and fixed with existing jallies/ new jallies as inserting with CM 1:3 completed all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note:- The amount of Rs 92590/- against Schedule of Credit on Page No 133 shall be deducted from the total amount quoted against Sch 'A' while deriving the Contract Sum for Acceptance
