S&F 10mm thick plaster of paris ceiling (Gypsum anhydrous) to flat surface over 2nd class soft wood fillets, or metal frame work and reinforced with G.I. wire mesh complete all as specified and directed. Note: Fillets, metal frame work and G.I. wire mesh shall be paid separately

S&F Coloured non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or Coloured cement to match over and including screed bed or bedding layer 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 for laying floor finished to receive floor tiles complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing over and including screed bed or bedding layer 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 for laying floor finished to receive kota stone complete all as specified and directed .

S & F Chequered cement concrete tiles 20 cm by 20 cm by 25 mm thick, with grey cement and pigments, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over and including screed bed or bedding layer 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 for laying floor finished to receive floor tiles complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for cement concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed .

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed .

M&L coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces 350 x 250 x7 mm/ 450 x 350 x7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over and including rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on stone masonry surfaces or surfaces other than fair face of brick work to receive glazed tiles complete all as specified and directed .
