Construction of Dullapur Tarahar to Lalapurwa to Deeha link road

Construction of Embankment and Patri with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300-1 and 300.2 per Technical Specification Clause 301.5

Construction of granular sub-base (grading-1) by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401.

Providing, laying and spreading material on a preapared sub grade, adding cement @ 2% by weight to the spread material manually, mixing in place with rotavator and compacting with the road roller at OMC to achieve the desired unconfined compressive strength and to form a layer of sub-base.

Provding, laying and spreading Material on a prepared sub base, cement @ 4% by weight to the spread material manually mixing in place with rotavator and compacting with the road roller at OMC to achieve the desired unconfined compressive strength and to form a layer of sub-base/base. .

Providing and applying tack coat with V.G.-10 Bitumen using distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using VG-10 bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508.

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C, as per Technical Specification Clause 510

Construction of Culvert :- Excavation in foundations in ordinary soil (Loam clay or sand) including lift upto 1.5m. (5fts.) and lead upto 30m. (100fts.) & including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-incharges upto a distance of 30m. (100 fts.) from the foundation trenches. Chapter 4 SOR 251

Providing and laying Cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 fine sand : 8 graded brick aggregate 40 mm. nominal size) including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work and curing complete, also including cost of formwork in foundation and floors. First Class brick work in 1 : 4 cement and course sand in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Chapter 6 SOR 305 b
