REPAIR/ RESURFACING TO CERTAIN SECTIONS OF ROAD WITH CERTAIN ROAD FURNITURE UNDER PHASE-I, II AND III

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exc 400 Sqm and exc 50 mm and n exc 100 mm deep complete all as specified and as directed.

Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Concrete (unreinforced)in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness(below or above ground level) complete all as secified and as directed.

M&L for two layers of 75 mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM with granite coarse aggregate of grading 2 (63 to 40 mm size ) spread , rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparing surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc.,sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen VG-10 at 10 kg per 10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M &L for Paving Bitumen and Penetration ,macadam 4%, laid/rolled and compacted torequired gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 2.5 kg per 10 sq metre complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen at 5 kg /10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for Bituminous premixed carpet, 4 cm consolidated thickness, with 0.53 cu.m. of stone chippings mixed with 29.20 kg of binder, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed.
