Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out all excavated material in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in and including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of excavated surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L sand cushioning with clean and dry sand in trenches for protection of UG cable and including punning down complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Punned thickness shall only be measured and paid.

Supply & laying sub class 'B' bricks of old size, laid along alignment of cable as protection to cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & laying LT XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with alumimium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 150 Sqmm x 3.5 Core, laid in trenches / duct / on pole and including taking down complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Havells / KEI / Polycab / Finolex / Gloster cables Ltd / Asian Cable / RR Kabel Ltd.

S&F cubical type LT panel board, outdoor type, factory made from CPRI approved factory, having overall minimum dimensions 1.80 m (Length) X 1.20 m (Height) X 0.50 m (Width), made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA steel sheet and including MS angle iron 50 x 50 x 6 mm frame work, legs 0.6 m long, MC 100 channel base, totally enclosed, dust & vermin proof using neoprene rubber gasket (IP-54), double leaf door shutter in front side and single leaf shutter in rear side fixed with hinges having necessary locking arrangement in both front and rear door, with four side projected slanting roof, provided with louvers for ventilation / heat dissipation, duly powder coated of approved shade over a coat of red oxide primer both internally and externally and including mounting on PCC platform made out of PCC 1:3:6, 150 mm thick (100 mm below & 50 mm above GL) all round the panel board and including necessary earth work. The panel board shall be suitable for operation on AC 415 Volt, 3 Phase, 50 Hz, 4 wire system and shall have 04 Nos tinned copper bus bar of 600 Amps capacity with colour insulating tape / sleeves mounted on suitable size "F" class, non hygroscopic, non combustible insulators, provision for fixing MCCBs / ACBs, necessary inter-connections with bus bar / strip with colour code insulation, provision of cable entry / exit provided in bottom, connections of all outgoing / incoming, existing / new copper wire of required size (minimum 2.5 sqmm) with following accessories and including taking down complete all as specified and directed:- Incoming :- (i) 01 (one) number Air Circuit Breaker (ACB), 4 pole, 630 A, breaking capacity 50 KA, manual draw-out (MDO) type with following features:- (a) LSING Protection (b) Inbuilt LCD Display.
