Replacement of faulty/burnt out HT cable by supply of new 3 core, 35sqmm HT XLPE insulated Cable of 6.6 KV (UE)/11KV (E), Stranded compact circular aluminium conductor, conductor screen with extruded semiconducting compound, XLPE insulated, insulation screening with extruded semi conducting compound in combination with copper tape (0.3 KA for 1 sec), cores laid up, inner sheath of PVC tape, galvanized flat steel strip armoured and overall PVC sheathed confirming to IS 7098/PART-II-1985 with latest amendment.
Drawing/laying of 3 core, 11 KV grade, XLPE insulated, galvanised steel armoured, earthed type, 35 sqmm stranded Aluminium conductor power cable, overall pvc sheathed On over head with one no 55 sqmm AAA conductor as bearer wire etc. complete as required.
Replacement of faulty 11KV outdoor type cable end terminations by new one of heat shrinkable type complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for 3 core, 35 sqmm, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required.
Replacement of faulty/damaged disc insulators by new one of 11 KV, 45 KN porcelain disc insulator with galvanized insulator fittings, ball and socket type and complete with galvanized strain clamps, bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required.
Supplying and fixing of following sizes Hot dipped Galvanised iron channel / angle /flat /V-cross arms with nuts , bolts and washers, etc. on DP structure / PSC pole Including cutting, welding, drilling holes, fabricating etc. as required.

Straightening of the leaned DP structure PSC poles by using suitable tools and tackles and skilled man powers i/c minor civil works etc. complete as required.

Liaison with different units of the supply authority i.e. Field units, MRT units, Division office etc. for obtaining shut down of 11KV line, breaking of meter seal if required to carry out the major checking and testing works of the HT power supply cable, Transformer substations and its accessories etc. complete as required.
Transportation of the dismantled 11KV HT cable of size 3 core X35sqmm (Approx. length 230 mtrs) from site to Berhampur i/c loading and unloading etc complete as reqd.
