The supplier should have supplied Cooling Water Treatment Chemicals which includes bio-dispersant to any Industrial / Power Utilities in preceding five years of purchase order of Rs.18.5 lakh or above in a single purchase order, for which proof shall be furnished (signed past PO copies as on October -2025).
The bidder shall be Manufacturers / Authorized dealers / Suppliers of Cooling Water Treatment Chemicals which includes bio-dispersant & the agency shall furnish copy of certificate as a documentary proof.
Bidder should have proven financial capability and have an average annual turnover of Rs.37 lakh for any two years among previous five years. The bidder shall furnish a copy of Annual turnover certificate /P&L statement / audited balance sheet duly certified by a charted accountant to establish annual turnover requirement stipulated above.
The bidder shall have GST registrations & shall furnish copy of certificate as a documentary proof.
The declaration duly signed in the prescribed format (Annexure - II) has to be enclosed.
