Excavation in foundation by manual means in ordinary soil (loam clay and sand) including lift upto 1.50 M and lead upto 30M and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the side of foundation treches. For building work only as per S.I. No. 251 (Including labour cess but excluding GST.)

Cement Concrete with 4 cm. Guage approved stone ballast coarse sand and cement in proportionof 8:4:1 Including supply of all materials labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.(below- Floor) As per S.I. No. 281 (Including labour cess, Royalty but excluding GST.)

M-150 Brick Work in 1:4 (one cement and four coarse sand of 2.25 F.M. mortar) in foundation and plinth including supply of all meterails, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as per S.I. No. 305. (Including labour cess, Royalty but excluding GST.)

M-150 Brick Work in 1:4 (one cement and four coarse sand of 2.50 F.M. mortar) in superstructure including necessary cutting and moulding brick as required thickness of walls not to be less than 11/2 brick add extra labour to above items as per S.I. No. 305+309. (Including labour cess, Royalty but excluding GST.)

12 mm Thick Plaster with one part of cement and four part of approved coarse sand including supply of all materials, labour and completion of work as per S.I. No. 584 Ch. 13. (Including labour cess, Royalty but excluding GST.)

S/F of 32 mm thick commercial quality plywood board flush shutters generally confirming to I.S. 2202 part I (1983) including fixing of wooden cleats and stoppers and hinges bolt nut handles, spring & other fittings & including painting with two coats or black japan on all iron fitting (S.I. No. 470 A) (Including labour cess but excluding GST.)

2.5cm thick 1:2:4 plain cement concrete floor with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm graded approved stone grit laid in panels finished with 3 mm floating coat of neat cement or cement and marble dust in ratio of 5:1 as specified over and including 8cm thick base concerete of cement fine sand and brick ballast in 1:4:8 proportion and removing any over lapping mortar add the joints of the panels if any and giving than uniform finishing including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. as per S.I. No. 601. (Including labour cess, Royalty but excluding GST.)

2.5cm Thick 1:2:4 plain cement concrete floor with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm graded approved stone grit laid in panels finished with 3 mm floating coat of neat cement or cement and marble dust in ratio of 5:1 as specified and removing any over lapping and the joints of pannes if any and giving than a uniform finished including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per S.I. no. 601a. (Including labour cess, Royalty but excluding GST.)

R.C.C. Work with Cement approved coarse sand and 2cm. gauge approved stone grit in proportion of 1:2:4 in lintels of doors, windows and sunshades excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I Binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and supply of all meterials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. Binding wire of supplied by the contractor free of cost as per S.I. No. 283. (Including labour cess, Royalty but excluding GST.)

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in foundation complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clauses 1000 and 1200 Sr. No. 11.7. (Including labour cess but excluding GST.)
