Dismatling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortor bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls or concrete surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc., but excluding ashlar facings dressed stone ware and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below the ground level) cement concrete unreinforced complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Cement concrete above ground floors as in sunken floors of toilets etc exc 15 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down 100mm bore CI pipes (any size or pattern) and in any position, including all fittings etc as in soil/waste pipes complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rain water pipe (any size or any pattern) including all fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down steel tubing 15mm dia and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down steel tubing 20 mm and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing old serviceable steel tubing 15 mm bore and connections in new or old position (walls, ceiling, floor etc) complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Serviceable tubing shall be obtained from item No. 8 above)

S&F GI pipe medium grade 15mm bore fixed to wall wall and ceiling or laying in floors, with all new fittings as required at site complete all as specified and as directed.
