Taking out / down old existing LT cables, any size aluminium conductor, including bricks/PCC cover for protection, laid in trenches, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre deep for laying/taking out of cables and foundation of poles etc. and getting out, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and exceeding 1.5m but not exceeding 3 metre deep for foundation of poles etc. and getting out, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in trenches (soil), including spreading, leveling and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5metre above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, sand cushioning with a layer of dry river sand, 80mm thick before laying of cable and 150mm thick (punned down to 100mm thick) after laying of cables, in trenches/ducts, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned down thickness (overall 18cm), shall be considered for measurement and payment.

Supplying and laying, factory made unreinforced precast concrete cable cover HV type-1, flat, of size 300x150x40mm, laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable for protection, length perpendicular to the direction of cable adjacent to each other, complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying, factory made unreinforced precast concrete cable cover LV type-1, flat, of size 250x150x40mm, laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable for protection, length perpendicular to the direction of cable adjacent to each other, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, PCC (1:4:8) type D-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as in foundation filling for poles, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as in coping/muff to poles, stay & the like, including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including necessary use and waste of form work, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of High Tension (HT) XLPE insulated, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, heavy duty, electric power cable, cross sectional area 70 Sqmm 3 core aluminum conductor 11000 volts grade under ground cable including both side connection with lugs/thimbles of suitable size etc, laid in trenches, along poles or passing through pipes or laid under floor or through walls etc, complete all as specified and as directed. Note(s): (i) Returning filling earth work, sand cushioning and PCC cover for protection of cable shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Pre dispatch inspection of the cableto verify the correctness of specification & genuineness of cable will be carried out by the rep of accepting officer in the factory premises of the manufacturer.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of Low Tension (LT) XLPE insulated, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, heavy duty, electric power cable, cross sectional area 150 Sqmm 3.5 core aluminum conductor 1100volts grade under ground cable including both side connection with lugs/thimbles of suitable size etc, laid in trenches, along poles or passing through pipes or laid under floor or through walls etc, complete including taking out old cable & bricks all as specified and as directed. Note(s): (i) Returning filling earth work, sand cushioning and PCC cover for protection of cable shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Pre dispatch inspection of the cableto verify the correctness of specification & genuineness of cable will be carried out by the rep of accepting officer in the factory premises of the manufacturer.

Supply and fixing/erecting in true vertical position, steel tubular pole, swaged, type 410-SP-55 (11.0m long), HT, complete with cast iron base plate of size 300mmx300mm and thickness 20mm, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, washer and screws including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer on all exposed surfaces and tarring with black bituminous paints to portion embedded in PCC including numbering of poles with two coats of synthetic enamel paint and painting upto 1.5 metre above PCC benching of poles in black & white strips 05 Nos each including taking down existing pole complete all as specified and directed. Note : Earth work and PCC in foundation and coping shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour, Cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates, fabricated from structural steel section Fe-290 grade E-165 quality including nuts, bolts, washers, and welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as directed including two coats of alminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer, in replacement, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, switch air break, triple pole, gang operated (GOD), mechanically operated, mounted on insulators and steel frame, non-ferrous knife and spring loaded contacts, arcing horns of adequate sections to break magnitising current of the transformer, with operating mechanism worked from ground level, for current rating upto 200Amps suitable for 11000 volts grade, AC supply, including expulsion fuse single pole, complete all as specified and directed. Note: All ferrous parts shall be hot dipped galvanised and non-ferrous parts shall be heavily dipped to withstand weather.

Material and labour, Lightning arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 Kilo Amps suitable for 11000volts grade system, in replacement, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, jointing & testing, outdoor end termination joint kit Heat shrinkable type complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 11KV grade (earthed), HT, underground XLPE insulated armoured aluminium conductor, 3core 50 to 95 Sqmm size cable, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix, anti-climbing device spikes type fabricated out of MS bars (round, square and flat) including nuts, bolts, washer and welding in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of pole, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix, danger notice plate of size 25cm x 20cm, made out of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enameled white with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fix with suitable size MS clamps for HT 11KV, AC supply, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour, Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6.00mm thick, buried directly in ground vertically (depth of pit not less than 2.25m below normal ground level), with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded by 15cm thick and packed alternate layers of charcoal dust and common salt, connected with and including earth lead of GI wire 4mm dia (8SWG) by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or thimbles and other end of the earth wire connected to electrical equipment/GOD/LA and protected by galvanized iron pipe light grade 15mm dia bore including watering pipe 20mm dia bore GI medium grade (ISI marked) with funnel and wire mesh, including all necessary excavation and earth work, PCC chamber in plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 and pit cover of precast RCC with MS frame etc and all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part-I (2009), complete all as specified and directed. Note(s):- (i) RCC pit cover shall be pre-cast of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1, 80mm thick reinforced with XPM not less than 4Kg/Sqm. (ii) PCC chamber shall be constructed 500 mm away from the edge of earth pit. (iii) Rate shall include earth lead and protection pipe of length 7.5m, excess beyond 7.5m length required at site shall be measured and paid separately. (iv) Earth resistance should be less than 3Ohm. In case the test results are not found below 3Ohm, complete earthing will be redone without any extra cost to Govt. (v) Quoted lump sum / rate shall be inclusive of above all provisions.

Material & labour, for cutting existing road/PCC drain for taking out/laying of underground cable and including necessary earth work and making good to match with the existing surface with PCC 1:2:4 type C1 using 20mm graded aggregates complete all as specified and directed

Supply and laying / fixing , GI pipe light grade 80mm dia bore for cable protection fixed to pole/wall or laid under floor/road/pavement, including taking out old unserviceable pipe, complete all as specified and directed. Note (s) : (i) MS clamps, nuts, bolts etc where required shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour, factory made (CPRI approved), LT bus bar Panel, size 1000mmx750mmx500mm, cubical, outdoor type (Kiosk), weather proof, dust proof and vermin proof, IP-65 protection, fabricated out of 3.15mm thick MS CRCA sheet mounted on frame of appropriate size angle iron, welded on 50mmx50mmx6mm size angle iron frame & having four Nos legs made out of 50mmx50mmx6mm size of angle iron - 75cm long each welded below frame, front & back openable with front single door having locking arrangements, bottom space for cable entry, provision of glands, with aluminium bus bars 400 Amps rating - 01 set (set of four) mounted on 04 Nos. LT epoxy insulators in horizontal position having minimum 100mm distance from the body of bus bar, legs embedded in ground in PCC (1:2:4) bed blocks of size 30cmx30cmx30cm, complete including all excavation and earth work and taking down/demolition of existing panel all as specified and directed.

Note : Schedule of credit for Rs. 23,600.00 to be deducted on acceptance of bid.
