Provision of redundancy in power supply for BPAC in BG-IV section of Alipurduar division.

Supply of IPS DC-DC converter 24-32V DC, 5Amp /10 Amp or 32-40V DC, 5/10Amp or 01 60-66 V DC, 5 Amp or 60-100V DC,1 Amp/3 Amp as per specification No. RDSO Spec. No. RDSO/SPN/165/2023 (Ver.4.0) Amdt. 1 or latest. Make: Make: M/s. Statcon Ltd./ M/s. HBL Ltd./M/s. Amara Raja Ltd. Or Other RDSO approved make, compatible for the IPS make specified by Purchaser and as per Technical Specifications. (Inspection Authority : RDSO)

Taking the all types of cables inside station relay rooms, ASM's room, location huts, location boxes and junction boxes etc. and sealing of cable entry pit, complete with contractors' material as per Technical specifications.

Supply of Medium class GI pipes 80 mm dia (4 mm thickness) as per IS 1239 (Part 1): 03 2004 or Latest with socket & coupling on culverts bridges or at any other locations as decided by Site Engineer. It includes supply of all material required for fixing arrangement. Contractor will also supply flexible / corrugated HDPE pipe at the end of GI pipe to protect the cables from sharp edges and sudden bends. (Inspection Authority : Consignee)

Laying & Fixing of Medium class GI pipes 50/80/100 mm dia as per IS 1239 (Part 1): 04 2004 with socket & coupling, nuts, bolts, MS angle, MS Flat etc. on culverts bridges or at any other locations as decided by Site Engineer. It includes installation of all material required for fixing arrangement. Contractor will install flexible/corrugated HDPE pipe at the end of GI pipe along with any masonry work as required to protect the cables from sharp edges and sudden bends.

Supply of HDPE DWC pipe of size 90/76 mm dia nominal - as per RDSO Specification 05 No.RDSO/SPN/204/2011 version 1.1 Amd. 1 or latest TEC specification No. with Anti Rodent and Anti- flammable property - along with socket, coupler etc. - as per technical specification and as approved by Engineer-in-charge. (Inspection Authority : Consignee)

Excavation of trenches in all types of soils including soft rock as per including cutting and clearing of bushes and roots of trees etc., upto a depth of 1.2 Mtrs and width of 0.3 Mtrs at the 06 bottom in the entire section, back filling and ramming of the soil in trenches to original level. The work shall be executed as per technical specification. NOTE: Proportionate payment against the work executed by the contractor will be arranged where digging of trench upto 1.2 mtr depth is not possible due to water seepage inside the trench, this has to be confirmed by the railway representative present at site and should be recorded in the field book.

All works of Excavation of cable trench 1.0 M deep , 0.3 mtr wide on pucca platform/Pucca Road and placing of GI pipe, and restoration of the platform /Road surface to the original condition after cable laying and refilling the trench. Necessary materials e.g. GI pipe, 07 cement, sand, stonechips, mortar have to be supplied by the contractor.The work should be done as per specification. NOTE : Proportionate payment against the work executed by the contractor will be arranged where digging of trench upto 1.0 mtr depth is not possible due to water seepage inside the trench, this has to be confirmed by the railway representative present at site and should be recorded in the field book.

Excavation of trench to a depth of 1 Mtr. for track crossing of cables, laying of DWC/ RCC pipes with collar/coupling, refilling of trench by ramming and consolidating it as per the 08 instructions of Railway representative at site. During excavation of trench it has to be ensured that the excavated soil does not mix with the ballast available. The depth of 1m trench shall be from the bottom of sleepers for track crossings. Laying of cables is not included in this schedule. (Supply of DWC/RCC pipes with couplers/ collars is not included in this schedule).

Transportation of HDD machine with accessories including handling of stores materials, supply of HDPE/DWC pipe of various sizes as per instruction of Engineer in Charge, preparation of site ,entry and exit pit (1mX1mX1m) and boring for placing of HDPE 10 Silicore duct/DWC of various dia size as per instruction of site engineer for 6Quad Cable/OFC cable/other cables for crossing Track/PuccaRoad/Congested area. Boring trench shall be minimum 3 (three) meter below the river bed/Track and 1(one) meter below the road/pucca road crossing area.Track/Road includes supply of accessories for pulling HDPE pipe. All other petty materials with earthwork, jointing of duct is to be done by Contractor.

Laying of underground signalling/ power/telecom cables of various sizes in trench, at bridges in pipes, in road crossing, platforms & across the track through GI/DWC/HDPE pipe as per Technical Specifications.

Transportation of S&T material leading up to 1 Km including Loading from Starting point, unloading & Stacking at destination.The work is to be done as per the instructions of Railway Representative at site. Consignee will also provide gate pass / road permit to the transporter.

Extra for each additional 1 Km or part thereof.

Protection work of cable over boulder pitched / high cutting area, culvert, in yard, rocky,congested / residential area using HDPE pipe and covering it making continuous square block 14 of 1:2:3 massionary work as per site condition.Minimum 10 cm layer of concrete to be made and then covered with soil. Minimum depth of concreted portion to be maintained at 500 mm from ground level. All required materials i.e. HDPE pipe,cement, sand, aggregate, etc.will be supplied by thecontractor.

Cement concrete work for miscellaneous items in the ratio 1: 3: 6. Item includes excavation, ramming, curing and plastering with cement & sand mixture (aggregate not exceeding 15 3.8 cm.) (Aggregate cement & sand to be supplied by the contractor). Wherever depth of 0.5 m cable trench is not feasible, cable shall be protected as: - Preparation of cement mixture 1:3:6 with contractor's own materials and spreading cement concrete mixture layer of 100 mm thick over the already laid cables in the excavated trench.

Supply, Transportation at site and Installation of RCC cable route marker engraved and painted on both side along the route as specified in Technical Specification. The cable marker is to be fabricated as per RDSO drawing No. RDSO/Cable Laying/020, issued vide RDSO document No. RDSO/SI/G/2010 Version 1.1 dated 04.02.2014 or latest. The fixing work is to be done as per extant practice of N.F. Rly. and as per Railway site supervisor. (Inspection Authority : Consignee)

Mother Board SYS 1 & 2 for existing G.G.Tronics make SSDAC /HASSDAC as per RDSO SpecNo. RDSO/SPN/177/ 2012(Ver3.0) or latest suitable to existing SSDAC/HASSDAC as specified by Consignee. (Inspection Authority : RDSO)
