REPLACEMENT OF WINDOWS IN OFFICE COMPLEX AND RESIDENTIAL QUARTERS AT CQA (SV) DEHU ROAD

Taking down Chowkhat or frames with shutter (without taking off shuuters from the frame) of any description n. exc. 1.5 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Chowkhat or frames with shutter (without taking off shuuters from the frame) of any description exc. 1.5 sqm n exc 4 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description of brick or stone wall etc incl racking out joints and hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick walls finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces plastered or unplastered new surfaces & applying two coats of oil bound distemper on walls over including a coat of priming surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for green Marble work 18 to 20mm thick ( table rubbed and polished) in steps , jambs. pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4), pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of green marble over including screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing three track sliding window including frame with two shutters with 4mm thick tinted glass and one shutter using stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia & 1.18 mm width aperture for mosquito proofing with good quality bearing handle, lock, rubber beading and glazing clips etc; fabricated using following aluminium anodised sections conforming to catalogue of 'JINDAL' or of equivalent make complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (a) Bottom frame - 20620 (b) Top frame & vertical - 20621 (c) Handle (side) - 20606 (d) Shutter inter lock - 20724 (e) Shutter top & Bottom - 20844 (f) Glazing clips - 19352. (Note:- Cost of Tinted glass & wire cloth shall be included in the quoted rate of the item).

S&F powder coated aluminium window and ventilator shutters,louvers with frame, fixed type without sash bar, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, srews with powder coating of any colour (Thickness or powder coating not less than 50 micron) including stainless steel wirecloth 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average aperture 1.40 mm and fixed with stanless steel wire staples. and 3.0 mm th sheet glass ordinary quality plain and glazing Complete all as specified and directed.
