Taking down cement plaster on brick/block surfaes of walls or concrete surface etc all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Chain link fencing of any description fixed to any type of fencing posts complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling RCC posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section embedded portion in concrete, brickwork , masonary etc. and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Dismantling of existing galvanised iron steel barbed wire/ chain link fencing shall be measured and paid for seperately.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling barbed wire any type

Demolition of Plain cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for in the schedule complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling concertina wire fencing of any description, fixed to any type of fencing posts complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified

M&L rendering 15mm thick on PCC block/ brick masonary surfaces or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 mixed and finished the surface even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brickwork with subclass 'B' Bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall, RCC posts, wall, jafri etc and applying two coats of cement base paint of approved shade/ tint over and including one coat of chalk whiting complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing for mild steel galvanised chain link fencing 3.15 mm dia of mesh wire and mesh opeing size 100 x 100mm with straining bolts, 10 mm dia round bars binding with 0.9mm dia MS binding wire, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) binding and jointing complete including necessary drilling, bolting or revetting etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Flat iron, round bars, nut bolts, and washers etc. shall be measured as supply only and paid seperately.

Supply only Mild steel plates, round or sqaure barsconfirming to Garde E-165 (Fe-290) for fixing chain link wire fencing etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel work in angle iron in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc. and similar works confirming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or spuare heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed to both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exceeding 5cm but not exceeding 10 cm long and dia of neck 5 mm to 10mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC type C-2 , 1:3:6 (40mm aggregate) in walls , boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases) complete all as specified.

S&F in galvanised 2 strand , steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia , barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and staining and fixing to any type of standards rails, staining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc. complete all as specifed and as directed. Note: Each line of horizontal/ vertical /diagonal wire to be measured for the purpose of payment.

M&L for painting, two coats with synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel/ iron surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces and priming with red oxide complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for painting, one coat with synthetic enamel paint on old steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of old plastered/concrete surfaces of wall and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavation in post hole each not exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, and getting out soft soil.

S&F in repairs CONSEC-ZAL super razor punched barp tap (SRPBT) Aluminium based helix coil with and including necessary GI fixing clips for securing complete all as specified and directed with following specifications:- (i) Dia of coil (when unstreched) - 610mm (ii) Nos of circles - 51 turns per coil (iii) Weight of each coil with hessian pack 8.50 Kg + .50Kg (iv) Coverage per COil - 8Rm (v) Central core wire as per IS -4454 galvanised as per IS-2629 (vi) Razor punched strip :- Razor punched tape in CONSEC-ZAL steel comprising of ALuminium base with zinc alloy coating @ 150gm/sqm confirming to ASTM A-792/A-792/m with additional primer treatment of Epoxy/Polyurethene & final Paint Top coat of caulified green shade (BSL 139) by hot Dipping process. Note: Running length of wall shall be measured for payment purpose.

S&F for Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-16 complete all as specified.

S&F for Framed work such as framed and hung as gates, including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts, etc. and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-16 complete all as specified.

M & L Providing precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 (12.5 mm garde aggregate) louvres and jallies, 25mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame complete all as specified and directed

M&L for formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns of shape square, rectangular or polygonal complete all specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Formwork to flat sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F Mild steel bars (TMT bars) 10 mm and above, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Mild steel bars (TMT bars) 6 mm to 8 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 18mm thick Granite (of any type) machine cut, in window cills, bathroom platforms, shelf platforms etc. bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 and polishing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 18mm thick Granite (of any type) machine cut, in vertical surfaces etc. bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete over and including 12 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 and polishing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (40mm aggregate) foundation, sub base of floors , filling mass etc. concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

M&L for hardcore (broken stone or boulders) of gauge n exc 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed

M&L factory made 60mm thick Machine pressed precast cement concrete coloured, rubber moulded, designer (reflecting type) interlocking pavour block of M-35 grade confirming to IS 15658-2006 of shape and size as directed with coloured top laid over and including 50mm thick sand cushioning, joints of blocks filled with dry sand and compacted complete all as specified and dierected by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm / 30cm x 30cm x 20 to 22 mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and no pigment over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) using 20mm grades stone aggregate as in copings, bed plates, cover for man hole, fixing of hold fasts and other similar works and the like incl weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed incl use and waste of necessary form work complete all as spd.
