Supplying and fixing of sculptures of BRIDGE ON HAND having Size 15' (L) X 15' (W) X 8' (H)1) Make a model with "SHADOO" clay as per size and subject 2)Once the clay model is complete, approval should be obtained from the Authority, and only then should work on the dai 3)Make a dai of clay model by gypsum (POP) in multiple different parts 4)Partly Casting A Model By Pop Dai In Material of FRP (fiberglass) 5)While producing the fiber piece of the model, the first layer will be of 30 mm FRP mat reinforcement and inside on top of that layer stone crush should be applied by mixing it with epoxy resin to help increase strength and lifespan.6) Each parts joint together by fiberglass matt & resin & finished properly 7) Inside of model strengthening with appropriate ms fabricated structure & armatures 8) Finished model colored with duco paints 9)RCC pedestal construct at site as per approved design & drawing 10) Pedestal covered by stone cladding or grenite. 11)When installing the model onto the pedestal, the internal SS structure of the model must be securely and firmly fixed to the pedestal's structure. 12)While installing the model, a concrete pouring process should be done inside to make the model even stronger. 13)All work done by appropriate tools and hardware/ machinery 14) The installed model must stand extremely firmly, even in conditions involving sun, wind, rain, and seismic activity.
