Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as10 sqm on plan including disposal of excavated earth, lead upto 50meter and lift upto 1.5m, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. All kinds of soil :

Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shaftswells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed, within a lead of 1m from cutting edge: 2.8.1 All kinds of soil :

Providing & Laying stone soling handpacked in foundation trenches including dressing, watering, compacting and all carriage upto site of work as complete job

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade, one or more coats on old work.

Kota stone slab flooring 25 mm thick over 20mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing, polishing and curing complete with base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) :

Renovating lawns including weeding, cheeling the grass, forking the ground, top dressing with sludge or manure mixing the same with forked soil, watering and maintaining the lawn for 30 days or more till the grass forms a thick lawn free from weeds & fit for mowing & disposal of rubbish as directed, including supplying good earth if needed but excluding the cost of sludge or manure (the good earth shall be paid separately.)

Preparation of beds for hedging and shrubbery by excavating upto 60 cm deep and trenching the excavated base to a further depth of 30 cm, refilling the excavated earth after breaking the clods and mixing with ludge or manure in the ration of 8:1 (8 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20% : 1 part of stacked volume of sludge or manure after reduction by 8 %), flooding with water, filling with the earth if necessary, watering and finally fine dressing, leveling etc. including stacking & disposal of materials declared unserviceable and surplus earth by spreading and leveling as directed, within a lead of 50 mtr. and lift upto 1.5 mtr. complete (cost of sludge, manure or extra earth to be paid for separately)
