SCHEDULE 'A'

Surface dressing n exc15 cm deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil all as specified and directed

Excavation over areas not exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 M wide, and not exceeding 1.5M in depth for foundation etc and getting out in hard/dense soil all as specified.

M & L for PCC 1 : 4 : 8 Type D2 ( 40 mm graded aggregate) as in foundation and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for RCC M-30 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beam,plinth beams and bases of columns basement slabs and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

M & L for RCC M-30 ( 20 mm graded aggregate) as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC M-30 ( 20 mm graded aggregate) as in beams, cantilevers , bressummers, lintels over 1.5 m span complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Broken glass coping on top of walls with Cement Mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste the Formwork to sides of rough finished flat surfaces of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work, vertical or to batter

Use and waste of Formwork to sides with rough finished surfaces of square, rectangular or polygonal surfaces of concrete pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns all specified and directed.

Use and waste of Formwork to sides and soffits with rough finished surfaces of floor or roof beams, beam, lintels, cantilevers etc all as specified and directed.

M & L for TMT steel bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking end and binding with and including MS wire annealed not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 13 above, but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders

M & L for Pre-cast cement concrete solid block masonry with C-5 grade solid units having density not less than 1800 Kg/cum as per IS -2185 Pt - I built in CM 1:6, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in CM 1:6 finished fair & even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel in joist channel, angle or T section, fixed independently, without connecting plate etc (cut to ordinary lengths i.e, within 20mm of the length indicated). of Gde Fe 410-W (Gde- E-250) Qty-A all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment of Gde Fe 410-W (Gde- E-250) Qty-A all as specified and directed

S & F Mild Steel TMT bars of 8mm dia (Gde Fe 410-W (Gde- E-250) Qty-A or Fe290 (Gde E165)) made to shape one end connected with Tie beam and another end to be welded with MS plate complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in grith or width, not otherwise described and applying two coats of Synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed.

S & F Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed

S&F razor blade galvanised punched type concertina coil of dia 610mm having 50 turns and approximate weight 8.75 Kg + 5% and stretchable to cover a distance of 5 to 7 Rm drawn quality with a galvanising coating thickness of 12 micron fixed in position and secured to both sides of 'Y' shaped angle iron post with 2.642mm GI wire all as specified and directed

Returning, filling in, including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm in Hard/dense soil all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance exc 500 mtr but n.exc 1.5 Km and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 mtr above starting point all as specified and directed.

Removing building material other than soil to a distance of exc 1.5 kms beyond the lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading & stacking at the destination all as specified and directed.

S & F 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length inserted in walls to drain out water complete all as specified

Material and Labour for MS work of angles or T sections etc posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.
