Dismantling of posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground (Posts embedded in concrete), any type masonry, etc.), complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden handrail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc., flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E -165, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete, 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates), benching / copings and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old chain link fencing including flat iron, line wire, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only MS galvanised chain link fencing any size and dia of mesh, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire & fixed to angle iron post, complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing of any type fixed to RCC / steel post with mild steel flat & nut bolt etc., complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Supply only fencing, will be measured and paid separately. (ii) Mild steel nut bolt, line wire and flat will be measured and paid separately.

Preparation of new steel surface and iron surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old painted steel & iron surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying One coat synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, as in repair etc. (each line of wire to be measured), complete all as specified and directed.

Restringing and rescrubbing only Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, as in repair etc. (each line of wire to be measured), complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub-class `B' bricks (using old size bricks), straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6, Complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Ser item No 13.00 here in before but except bricks.

M&L for stone walling of random rubble masonry brought up to course, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Ser item No 15.00 here in before but except stone.

M&L for plain cement concrete, 1:3:6, Type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channel, drain and RCC post etc. including necessary form work, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Extra over for forming fair finished to drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred / stopped ends etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 and finishing even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Precast reinforced cement concrete, 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in cover slab for soakage well / manhole and similar works supported on walls including necessary formwork and set in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MS TMT bars 8 to 10mm dia, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooking for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mils steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description in any position, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick plain cement concrete, 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand, complete all as specified and direction.

M&L for plain cement concrete, 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in edges of interlocking tiles /chequered tiles, roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new steel surface and iron surfaces of any description n exc. 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel bolts screw (machine made) with hexagonal or square head at one end and screw the other or screw both ends, each each screwed ends, to be fitted with washer and one hexagonal or square nut exceeding 10cm and not exceeding 15cm long and dia meter of shank 05 to 10mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Deduction to be made from BOQ for Schedule 'A' Part-II (Credit Schedule from dismantling / taking down items) worth Rs 74,250.00 during AOC. (Note :- Tenderers shall not quote for this Schedule)
