Demolishing stone rubble masonry in cement mortar manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels and welding mesh etc, as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Dismantling of concertina coil as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Dismantling of barbed wire fencing of any description as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 m of all kinds of soil as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
M&L for PCC 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (Zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
M&L for centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form work for foundations, footings, bases for columns as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
M&L for centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form work for columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts and struts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for steel work welded in built up sections / framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc, as required in stringers, treads, landings etc, of stair cases, including use of chequered plate wherever required, all complete as specified and directed.
M&L for Precast cement concrete solid block including hoisting and setting in position with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), cost of required centering, shuttering complete with PCC 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (Zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) complete as specified and directed.
M&L for 12 mm cement plaster on walls finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) complete as specified and directed.
M&L for PCC 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (Zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) complete all as specified and directed.
Supply & fixing 160 mm diameter unplasticised rigid PVC rain water pipes on wall face conforming to IS : 13592 type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, single socketed pipes as in weep holes complete as specified and directed..
M&L for painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade two or more coats on new steel work over a coat of primer including preparation of surface complete as specified and directed.
S&F of galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or typing at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.
Providing & fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length (total length 90 m), having 50 Nos rounds per 6 metre length, straight with spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/metre all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (The concertina coil to be tied with GI staples to barbed wire running horizontally supported and tied to angle iron 'Y' shaped support and to be fixed at an height of 3.0 mtr and above from GL).
M&L for finishing walls with water proofing cement base paint of required shade on new work (two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm) over a coat of primer complete as specified and directed.
M&L for 20mm thick broken glass coping on top of walls in CM 1:3 and firmely embedding broken glass at the rate of 10Kg per Sqm complete as specified and directed.
M&L for stone aggregate 40 mm graded loose filled as in weep holes complete as specified and directed..
Filling with available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc, in layers n exc 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for PCC 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (Zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) as in foundations complete as specified and directed.
