(one working and one stand by) submersible pump sets having discharge ranging from 3000-4000 GPH at a 55-65 meters Head Range with suitable HP operated on 400/440 V, 3 phase 50 Hz with Gun metal Non Return Valve suitable for 8 Inch (200 mm) dia. Boring/casing Size and with water-cooled motor design. Pump housing shall be of stainless steel and also involve Fabrication of pump adapters/nipples/flanges and elbow of suitable dia. to be fitted with submersible pump set. The job also includes Lowering of 01 no. submersible pump motor set along with column pipes (cost of column pipes not included), tie wire and cable (using a tripod, chain pulley, steel wire slings, clamps etc). Complete job includes cost on account of material, installation, plumbing works, required tool-tackles, including any other item as required for satisfactory completion of job and all taxes.

Providing and Installation of 15 A Star delta LT control panel suitable for three phase submersible pump. The panel should be of outdoor canopy type suitable for the submersible pump with on-off switch/button, powder coated vermin proof box and capable of restricting auto-start in case of power restoration after power cuts/shutdown, protection for under voltage / over voltage, single phase / reverse phase. Amperes as well as voltage shall be displayed. Rated current 15 A and unbalanced Relay with range of 13-21 A or better. Making of electrical connections, testing of the pump set at no load and then at full load. Laying of 25 sq. mm. aluminum cable from pump room to HT transformer by way of providing and laying of flexible color conduit pipe of requisite dia. Job also includes proper clamping of pipe and providing and installation of 5 nos Poles as per site conditions wherever required. Providing, Installation, Testing and commissioning of 3 phase, copper wound, unbalanced type, continuous duty, outdoor canopy type, oil cooled Manual Voltage Stabilizer of capacity 20 KVA with Input Voltage 320-450 volts (phase to phase) and Output Voltage 400 volts ± 1% (phase to phase). It should be suitable for all power factors and must provide protection during overload/underload conditions with operating range of 140 V to 240 V (phase to neutral). The stabilizer should be provided with digital voltage and current display for independent phases, By pass System and transformer oil (full capacity). The stabilizer shall be provided with 100 A MCCB. The room shall have a CGI door of standard size with handle and lock and cement concrete flooring of 1:2:4 ratio.
