Material & labour for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel in 30cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as directed and specified.

S & F for framed work such as grills, grating etc with end of bars shouldered and / riveted of forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk way; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surface of Steel and iron surface over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc crome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for RCC 1: 1½:3 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for column footing/bases for column etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for RCC type A-1 1: 1½:3 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings, including attached pilasters and buttresses complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of formwork to rough finished surface of concrete as in faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work, including attached pillasters, buttresses etc vertical or to batter complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in cills, steps, seimic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, parapets and railing upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex, stones bed plates etc and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed including necessary use and waste of form work, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n. Exc. 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Surface excavation not exceeding 30cm deep and averaging 15cm thick and getting hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Moorum (or) Red bajri filling in pavings laid in layers not exc 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded agreegate as in sub base/ Sub floor/ paving/Ramp/foundation and any other location etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 60 mm thick Machine pressed precast interlocking paver block any shape and size as approved by GE conforming to IS 15658-2006, M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment dry & joints filled with fine sand complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Stone dust shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items)

M&L for sand filling in floors or interlocking tile including watering and consolidation for interlocking paver block complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50mm thick PCC 1;2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in floor/paving etc and incl contraction joint as required, complete all as specified and directed.
