Treatment for sunken portion as per following:- M&L water proofing treatment in sunken floors as described under :- 1) Demolition of lean concrete and other type of filling in sunken portion & cleaned the sunken portion incl vertical wall surface complete as directed. 2) PCC (1:2:4) type B0, covered filling in sunken portion 75mm thickness shall be provided at the junctions of RCC slab and adjoining walls. 3) Sunken floor and sides upto finished floor level shall be plastered with 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 wixed with WPC@ 3% by weight of cement. 4) Applying bitumen primer of sunken floor & side surfaces TANKMASTIC of M/s STP Ltd @ 0.40 ltr/Sqm. 5) Sunken portion shall be filled with lean concrete (1:5:10), Type E-2 using 40mm aggregate after carring out of satisfactory testing of CIpipes/Joints & Slab/walls by filling water 72 hrs. The sunken portion of Nahani trap/floor trap and pipes, joints shall be emmbeded in PCC (1:3:6) blocks. 6) GI Spout pipe 32mm dia and 450mm long cross cutted ends shall be inserted at the time of repair to Sunken portion as directed. Note:- i) In case any defect is noticed the portion shall be grouted with cement slurry mixed with suitable chemical & tested again. This process of grouting and testing shall be repeated till leakage/ seapage /dampness is elimaneted ii) Horizontal flat area only measured. iii) Above aspets are deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring for one light /socket/power point and taking down of teak wood batten/ PVC casing caping and making good disturbed surfaces of walls/ ceiling/ floors etc including dismentling of fittings complete all as specified.

M&L sub main wiring with two runs of 6 sqmm (nominal area) size main cable & one run of 6 sqmm size earth continuity conductor, single core, PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLS with multi-stranded copper conductor, 1100 Volts grade, ISI marked (IS: 694) cables, drawn through & including suitable size of heavy duty PVC conduit ISI marked not less than 32mm dia (external) with wall thickness not less than 1.8mm & conduit fittings/accessories, fixed on surfaces of wall/ceiling complete all as specified and directed. Note:- 02 runs of 6 sqmm size, 01 run of 6 sqmm size cable & conduit with accessories shall be measured as one run length for payment purpose.

Disconnecting from elect connection and taking down carefully the existing electric energy meter of any capacity, any make, any size and depositing the same in AGE E/M Store Yard all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Refixing the same inside the old meter inside box carefully including necessary electric connections complete all as directed.

Disconnecting from elect connection and taking down carefully the existing ceiling fan/exhaust fan/geyser of any capacity any make, any size and depositing the same in AGE E/M Store Yard all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Refixing the same ceiling fan/exhaust fan/geyser carefully including necessary electric connections complete all as directed.

M&L earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 m deep below normal ground level and connected to and including galvanized iron earth wire 4 mm dia by means of GI nuts, bolts, check nuts, washers thimbles, etc as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and connection to main switch board/Test point/panel/ equipment and testing on including excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in, and removal of surplus spoil to a distance not exc 50 metre, charcoal and salt in alternate layer 15cm thick all around the earth plate electrode, MS funnel with wire mesh, GI pipe medium grade 20 mm bore for watering and 15 mm bore 3.00 metre long GI pipe light grade for earth wire protection fixed with poles with two clamps, made from MS flat 25 mmx3mm, bolts, nuts and washers, PCC chamber (1:3:6) type C1, 40mm thick precast RCC cover 1:2:4 type B1 shall be provided on CI frame etc complete all as specified & as directed.

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning ceiling fan 1200mm sweep, BEE 5 Star rated, canopy, down rod, electric driven single phase 230 Volts, AC, 50 Hz including marking of MES No with synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed. Make : Khaitan, Orient, Usha. Note : Rates shall deemed to be inclusive of carrying out necessary repairs under gurantee/warranty period such as taking down, transportation, repaint and refixing etc complete.
