Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Bidder Should abide to all the Terms and condition as specified in Tender Document aswell

The Item Rate quoted shall include the Royalty Charges and bidder should submit Mineral dispatch permit on construction materials and other taxes as per prevailing Government Orders which are used. If not he should responsible to bare the fine as per Karnataka minor mineral concession rules 1994

The Employer reserves the right to reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason

The tenderer should maintain the scheme during the defective liability period of One Year from the date of completion of the work.

The tenderer shall scan & upload all the original documents required for this bid to the e-procurement portal. The Original Documents shall be produced at the time of opening of Bid for physical verification

Tenderer shall note that the Tenders of those found Eligible as mentioned in Clause 3(KW-2) Qualification of the Tenderer in Section 2 Instructions to Tenderers (ITT) will only be considered for evaluation

The Tenderer / contractor should possess required valid electrical license for executing building electrification works and should have executed electrical works totaling Rs. 1.40 Lakhs in any one year

Bidder Satisfactorily completed as prime contractor, at all nature of work which in of value not less than Rs 16.00 Lakhs in the last five years 2020-21 to 2024-25

Work performed as Prime Contractor accompanied in all nature of civil works over during the five years and executed in any one year the following minimum quantities of work false ceiling equal to 240 sqm water proofing equal to220 sqm
