Demolition of concrete in ground floors (un re-inforced) and paving n.exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal of rubbish/ demolished materials out of MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete RMC M30 (20mm graded aggregate) for flooring complete all as specified. Note: OPC cement only shall be used for flooring by the prior approval of design mix and RMC plant mentioned in list of makes.

M&L for using the non metallic floor hardener as the stages described below with applicator:- Level the freshly poured concrete with suitable mechancial equipment like screed vibrator and smoothen the surface.Before commencement of the application , the base concrete should be checked by pressing thumb hard on the surface, it should leave an impression of 3mm to 5mm depth. The application is made in two stages:- (1) The first application is made using 50% to 70% of required material quantity of Myk floarm floorhard /Fosroc Nitoflor Hard top STD which is dry shake non metallic floor hardener.It is evenly broad casted by using hardener spreading machine on the concrete surface and when the material or surface becomes dark by absorbing the moisture from the concrete the first application can be floated. Power trowel with disc can be used. Care should be taken that it is not over floated. (2) The second application is made by immediately after by evenly broadcasting the balance material and when the surface becomes dark by adsorbing the concrete surface moisture has darkened with the absorption of water it shall be floated in the same way as before. (3) Final finishing shall be carried out after the surface has sufficiently stiffened to close any pores and to remove any disc marks. (4) While applying the hardener at the edges of the concrete floor or at the end of bays extra precaution should be taken by way of sprinkling more material and finishing it smoothly with the trowel.This is an additional precaution particularly to bay edges where the reaction due to heavy traffic is more. Removing excavated material exc. 1.50 km but n exc. 5 km and depositing where directed

M&L for forming contraction (dummy) joints 65mm deepx10mm wide filled with sealing compound Grade A.

M&L for Forming Construction joint 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound with sealing compound grade A

Taking down cement plaster of any description on walls including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work in CM 1:6 and 5mm thick in CM 1:4 including water proofing compound, finishing even and smooth without using extra cement. (Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for plastering in CM 1:6, 10 mm thick on walls finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

M&L for special treatment for sunken portion of WCs/ Bath & toilet executed in following stages:- Stage 1:- Demolition of WC including lime concrete and cement concrete coba etc and preparing the surfaces of existing sunken portion of WCs or bath etc with wire brush to remove all loose dirt, oil grease etc including removing debris outside MD land etc Complete all as specified & directed. Stage 2:- Providing 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:3 mixed with integral water proofing chemical of Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP or plaster seal of STP Ltd in the proportion/quantity all as per Manufacture's instructions. Stage 3:- Apply Dr Fixit Primeseal primer or Equivalent of STP Ltd (and allow to dry for 8 hours) all as per Manufacture's instructions. Stage 4:- Apply two coats of water proofing elastomeric coating system of Dr Fixit Raincoats with DFT 100 Micron or shalicry 215 of STP (The surface after painting one coats shall be allowed to dry of 6 hours before next coats) all as per Manufacturer's instructions. Stage 5:- Rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 mixed with Integral water proofing chemical Dr Fixit Pidicrete URP or plaster seal of STP Ltd all as per Manufacture's instructions. Stage 6:- All CI joints shall filled with mixture of cement fine sand and plaster seal of STP Ltd or Dr Fixit pidicrete URP all as per Manufacture's instruction. Stage 7:- Making holes in wall and fixing 600mm long 40mm dia medium grade GI spout for draining the surplus water if any Stage 8:- Carry out ponding test for 48 hours to ensure water tightness of repaired sunken portion.water tightness of repaired sunken portion and filling of sunken portion for cement concrete Type E2 1:5:10 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in lean concrete complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) Only plan area shall be measured and accorded for payment under this item. (b) Depth of sunken portion of WC's/Baths shall be upto 35cm, which is to be taken into account while quoting the rate against this item. (c) Rate quoted by Contractor shall be deemed to be included for all the horizontal and verticale treated surfaces of sunken portions of WC & Bath.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises etc out side MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non-skid ceramic tiles (Coloured) 7 to 8mm thick rectangular area of each tiles exc 0.06 sqm n exc 0.11 sqm in floors etc,.set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 laying floor finished complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 300x200mmx7mm thick in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado and risers to steps and including over 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces as in backing coat for tiles. etc, all as specified and directed.

Chipping, removing carefully loose/damaged concrete including plastering from surfaces of RCC members, in any location by low impact Hammer/Breakar without damaging the structure & cleaning the surfaces with wire brush etc and disposal of debris out side MOD land complete all as specified and directed. Note : 1) Hard concrete shall not be removed by force

M&L for cleaning existing reinforcement with wire/ rotary wire brush to a shining bright finish, making the surfaces free from loose material, dirt etc complete and applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer conforming to ASTM-B-117 of make. "Feovert" of "Krishna Conchem" OR "Roff Rust Cleaner' of 'Pidilite' OR 'Shali Rustoff' of 'STP Ltd', on rebars with time interval of 1 hour between the coats, complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Mode of measurement: superficial area of concrete will be measured).

M&L for carry out application of ‘Bi-polar migratory corrosion inhibitor' [Make : M/s. Krishna Conchem (EPCO KP-100) / BASF (MasterProtect®8000Cl)] on RCC surfaces, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Mode of measurement: superficial area of concrete will be measured).

M&L for Anticorrosive Treatment to Reinforcement using IPNET-RB of M/s Krishna Conchem or Epoxy Zinc Primer of M/s. Dr. Fixit by application on exposed reinforcement in two coats with time interval of minimum 4 hours between each coat. The application shall be done by brush after cleaning/wire brushing to the exposed steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed . Note:- Mode of measurement: superficial area of concrete will be measured.

M&L for Epoxy bond coat of Make Fosroc (NITOBOND-EP) OR EPOXY BONDING AGENT of Dr. Fixit OR equivalent of M/s. Krishna Conchem as approved by GE over exposed concrete surfaces prior to application of any type of mortar / concrete to ensure bond between old concrete & new concrete/ new mortar by brush application, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for building up the profile of structural members using polymer modified mortar from M/s. Krishna Conchem (Molith PMM) OR Polymer mortar HB of Dr Fixit, while the bonding agent is still tacking upto 20mm thickness, including levelling, profiling etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for building up the profile of structural members using polymer modified mortar from M/s Krishna Conchem (Molith PMM) OR Polymer mortar HB of Dr. Fixit, exceeding 20mm thick and not exceeding 40mm thick in two layers, each of equal thickness including levelling, profilling etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for casting & repairing of excessively damaged distressed RCC members (exceeding 60mm in thikness) with prebatched, prepacked, single component ready to use microconcrete from Fosroc (Renderoc RG) or equivalent of Dr. Fixit as approved by GE, at any level/ height and at any lead or lift as directed including prefabricated water tight formwork, centering, scaffolding, also including mixing , laying, levelling, finishing, curing etc as per manufacturer's specifications and all other relevant works, complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Reinforcement only shall be measured and paid separately).

Routine maitenance of rolling shutter of following sizes the maintenance including the following all as specified and directed. Area of shutter exc 10.00 sqm but n.exc 20.00 sqm (maximum size 5.15m in height) (a) Taking down hood covers for carrying out routine maintenance and refixing. (b) Dismantling the MS and CI works of any description such as sheets, shafts, cost iron wheels lath etc and taking down helical springs, rollers and other accessories etc. (c) Refixing the unserviceable accessories such as shafts, helical springs, rollers lath sheets, cast iron wheels etc. (d) Replacement of the unserviceable accessories such as shaft helical spring, rollers, MS lsth sheets hood covers, cast iron wheels including drilling, welding etc complete. (e) Cleaning, oiling, greasing etc complete of all movable parts all as required at site (Note- The parts and accessories to be replaced shall be measured and paid seperetely).

Routine maintenance of sliding door shutter of following sizes the maintenance including the following all as specified and directed:- (A) Area of shutter n.exc 5.00 sqm of each leaf (a) Dismantling of MS works of any description such as rollers pulleys, guides, bottom sliding tracks and corrugated sheets including necessary straightening of bends. (b) Refixing the serviceable accessories such as rollers, pulleys, guides, channels bottom sliding tracks corrugated sheets etc. (c) Replacement of unserviceable accessories such as rollers, pulleys, guides, channels bottom sliding tracks corrugated sheets etc. (d) Cleaning, oiling, greasing etc complete of all movable parts all as required at site (Note- The parts and accessories to be replaced shall be measured and paid separetely).

S&F in repairs Mild steel screw bolts of dia 5 to 10mm (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut,exc 10cm and n exc 15cm long. Note:- Height of the store house is above 8m.

M&L dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on ceiling etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for plastering in CM 1:3 , 5mm thick on ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying Two coat of oil bound distemper including application of 3mm thick white cement based putty putty for smooth finish.etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of antifungal paint (Apex ultima Protek of Asian Paints or equivalent in approved makes) over a coat of exterior primer (Professional pack of Asian Paint) on newly prepared plastered external surfaces and including scaffoldings and cradle including hoisting and lowering as required with bracing, support complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair (except sheeting) for Pre- Painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping ,drilling of screws/suitable length GI 'J' or 'L' hooks in roof (existing sheet) complete all as specified and directed.

Deduct Credit for Demolished/ Dismantled material Rs. (-) 33,500.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule of Credit Note 1:- Tenderers will not quote against this item being a tentative amount to be considered to arrive at the 'Contract Sum' Note 2:- The tenderer must keep in mind when quoting rates against items out in multiple store house having height 4 mts to 7 mts. Necessary scaffolding and saftey measures required during execution of work are including in this items.
